Share a canvas with your little one for $30 or each of you can have your own canvas at $30! Make sure to put in the seating notes your choice if you are sharing so we know to setup 2 spaces!

  • May I bring in my own Beverages?

    Unfortunately, no you can not, due to Huntsville City laws you are unable to bring outside alcohol inside. We do however have a bar with beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options from $3 up. :)

  • Is there an age limit for the normal public classes?

    For most normal classes, ages 13-17 are allowed with an adult over the age of 18. However, if a class ends before 6:00PM, we allow ages 9 and up with an adult. All other ages can only attend a class that is marked specifically “All ages” on the calendar. Unfortunately due to limited space we cannot allow children in strollers.

  • Can a friend or child attend an event without painting or paying?

    You are welcome to attend a class without painting so long as you have a paid seat. Unfortunately due to limited seating we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Due to the custom nature of all our classes, no refunds will be issued for reservations. However, if you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice your payment will be turned into a credit that can be used for a future class within 90 days. Please email us (huntsville@pinotspalette.com) to cancel. If you no-show, or don't give at least 48 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment and will not receive a credit. Seats are transferable, but please notify us at least 3 hours prior to a class with the name change.

  • Is there reserved seating?

    Yes, we have your easel set up for you at your spot before you arrive for class. If you have friends attending the class that you’d like to sit by, you can let us know when you book the class or you can send us an email (…just make sure to give us at least 24 hours notice). *Private Parties do not have assigned seating.
