Ages 18+. Everyone must have a paid reservation, no observers.
SIPPING is NOW allowed indoors!
BYO chilled wine, beer champagne (except hard liquor). Bring your own glassware and openers.
At this time, food consumption is restricted indoors during public paint sessions.
IMPORTANT COVID DIRECTIVES FROM THE STATE OF NJ:
Everyone must have a reservation and wear a mask at all times to enter and remain in the studio.
Masks may be briefly removed or lifted while actively sipping and while seated.
If you don't have a mask, we are providing them for a nominal fee.
**If medical reasons restrict you from wearing a mask, you may attend a virtual painting in the comfort of your home.
If you are displaying signs/symptoms, please be courteous and stay home or we may ask you to return at a healthier time.
For your safety and comfort, the number of guests in attendance is being limited to allow physical spacing between groups. If you purchase multiple seats or request to sit with someone in the seating request, you will be seated together and your group with be distanced from other unrelated guests.

Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the paint time to get settled in! At the studio’s discretion, guests who arrive 15 min after the start time will catch up on their own without assistance.
Studio credits will not be given for late arrivals and no shows. Thank you for your understanding.
CANCELLATION POLICY: NO REFUNDS
Due to the custom nature of all our paint sessions, NO REFUNDS are issued for reservations. However, if you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your payment will be turned into a credit that can be used at the Cherry Hill location for a future painting within 90 days. Please send requests to CHERRYHILL@PINOTSPALETTE.COM
We ONLY reply to cancelation emails requested by the purchaser 24 hrs or more before the paint session.
If you no-show or don't give at least 24 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment and will NOT receive studio credit. You may opt to transfer your seat(s) to a friend. The purchaser may request a seat transfer by emailing CHERRYHILL@PINOTSPALETTE.COM at least 2 hours before the paint time.
**There are NO exceptions to this policy. By completing your reservation, you agree to these terms. Thank you for your cooperation.

You'll get seats with all your friends, even if you book separately. Just tell us your friends' names when you register.

There's no rule that says you have to follow the artist's steps. It's your art, so paint it however you like!

What are your Covid Policies?
Masks are required to enter and remain in the studio.SIPPING is now allowed indoors! You may sip while seated and remove your mask when actively sipping ONLY. Eating during a public paint session is not allowed indoors at this time. Groups outside of your party will be spaced 6 ft apart at a separate table. We will try to seat your group at the same or nearby table. We have and continue to clean/sanitize surfaces and reusable items regularly and have switched to disposable aprons and cover tables between each seating.

What is the cancellation policy?
ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice (24 hrs during the pandemic) your payment will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for a future class (private parties refer to agreement). Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel. If you no-show or don't give at least 48 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
Do I need to prepay or just walk in?
SIGN UP IN ADVANCE. (No walk-ins during pandemic). To guarantee a seat, we ask that you preregister for any event you wish to attend. This also allows for our studio to be prepared for your arrival!
Is there an age restriction? Can my child paint.
Ages 10 to 16 may paint with a paying adult Monday-Thursday (NO infants/toddlers). 18+ ONLY on Friday and Saturday nights. Family Days, Little Brushes Program and Private parties have a minimum age of 6 years old (toddlers must be secured in a stroller or held at all times-no exceptions). If you are wondering, the age minimum is 10 because we are mainly an adult night out entertainment studio. Many of our painters are parents who are coming for "me time" or "adult time" and would like to be surrounded by other adults. Also, there may be adult conversations, alcohol consumption, and other activities that aren't appropriate for children. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
