What are your Covid Policies?
*MASKS are optional but strongly encouraged for everyone's safety. Temperature checks will be conducted upon entry and we will ask you to visit at a later time if you're symptomatic. *SOCIAL DISTANCING- You will be seated at a comfortable distance from other parties, and we will accommodate requests to be seated 6ft away from others outside of your group if submitted by email or in your seating request 48hrs prior. *Please contact us with questions/concerns.
Where are you located?
Our address is 921 Haddonfield Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ, Ste 2D. We are in the Towne Place at Garden State Park on the 2nd floor of building 921 above Road Runner. Cut & Paste for map: https://bit.ly/MAPandDIRECTIONS & FOLLOW DIRECTIONS- Enter the plaza by Brio off Haddonfield Rd. Go straight through the stop sign. Follow the road as it curves to the left and continue straight on Harness Lane (away from apts). Turn left in 2nd parking lot by bldg 921. Enter the lobby and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Welcome...we are on the right off the elevator!
What is the cancellation policy?
ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice your payment will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for a future class (private parties refer to agreement). Please email us at cherryhill@pinotspalette.com to cancel. If you no-show or don't give at least 48 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
Do I need to prepay or just walk in?
Please sign up in advance. To guarantee a seat, we ask everyone to preregister for the paint session you wish to attend. This also allows for our artists to prepare for your arrival!
Is there an age restriction? Can my child paint.
Refer to the description for your particular paint session. Ages 10 to 14 may paint with a paying adult Monday-Thursday. 18+ ONLY on Friday and Saturday nights. Saturday & Sunday afternoons are ideal for ages 10+ (10-12yo must be accompanied by an adult who also has a paid reservation). Family Days, Little Brushes Program and Private parties have a minimum age of 6 years old. Pinot's Palette is mainly an adult night out entertainment studio. Many of our painters are parents who are coming for "me time" or "adult time". Also, there may be adult conversations, alcohol consumption, and other activities that aren't appropriate for children. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
What do I need to bring for class?
Bring an open mind and the willingness to have FUN! We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints, and aprons. Bring your favorite beverage (no hard liquor). We also provide wine glasses, corkscrews, ice buckets with ice.
Do I need to bring my own wine glasses?
If you want, but we provide glasses, ice and ice buckets for your beverages.
May I bring snacks and beverages?
Bring your fav Wine, Beer, Champagne, but NO HARD LIQUOR/SPIRITS. Our cafe' sells prepackaged snacks, therefore, outside food is not allowed!
What should I wear?
Whatever makes you comfortable, casual or dressed up. We will provide you with an apron but accidents can happen so we don't recommend your favorite or most expensive outfit! We are not responsible for stained/damaged garments.
My friends are painting, but I want to watch. Is that ok?
For the courtesy of all guests, every person entering the studio for a public paint session must have a paid reservation.
I don't have a creative bone in my body, will I be able to do this?
Absolutely! Our artists will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to complete your masterpiece by the end of class. There are no mistakes, just happy accidents~ Bob Ross. If you don't finish by the end of class or need to make corrections, you are welcome to come to Open Studio where an artist will assist you in turning mistakes into happy accidents.

What if I cancel or the studio cancels due to unfavorable weather conditions?
For the safety of all, if you or the studio decides to cancel due to inclement weather, you will be issued a studio credit. NO REFUNDS! Please email cherryhill@pinotspalette.com
Can I book a paint party at my house?
Yes, but at this time, parties located outside in your yard are ideal. We are able to set up at a private residence and at local venues.
How far will you travel for a private party?
At this time, we will travel within a 20 miles radius of our studio. Call our studio for details.
