How It Works

How To Book

Private events are booked by placing a deposit to secure your desired date and time (after availability is confirmed by the studio). *For ages 13+, a minimum payment for 10 painters is required Sun-Thurs and 16 painters Fri-Sat. *Prices start at $44/pp but are subject to change without notice.

Deposits

The deposit covers 1 or more reservations.

The non-refundable deposit is applied to the total cost of the party.

A studio credit will be issued if a private party is canceled 14 days before the event date. Credits are valid only at our Cherry Hill studio. Please refer to your party agreement.

What's Included

We want your event to be fun, organized, and effortless. We provide you with all the supplies needed for a party, including our helpful artist(s) to host and guide your guests through the event, plus lots of other perks listed below!

Private Party Room

In-studio party guests will have an entire room to themselves, with plenty of space for all guests. Our Main Room is perfect for larger parties of up to 48 guests. Our Party Room is perfect for up to 20 guests.

Art Supplies

Canvases, brushes, paints, palettes, aprons, and anything else needed to finish a masterpiece. We also have a designated area to keep purses and coats.

Professional Instruction

Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.

Ice, Ice Buckets, Water

Our studio is equipped with ice and ice buckets to make it easier to keep drinks at the right temperature. You'll also have counter space for food and gifts. Water and non-alcoholic drinks (sodas, juice, non-alcoholic wine) are available for purchase.

Glassware

We provide wine glasses for adult parties. No need to go out and buy disposable cups, only if you prefer.

Music

We'll have a crowd-pleasing playlist ready for you. Or, you can tell us what sort of music you'd like for your event and we'll tailor a playlist to your needs. And don't worry – we make sure the music doesn't get in the way of hearing the artist's instructions.

Food And Drinks

BYOB wine, beer, champagne, but NO HARD LIQUOR. Bring your favorite food items for you and your guests to enjoy. We suggest 3-5 different appetizers like charcuterie boards, pizza, wings, nuggets, etc. Plates, forks, and napkins are included.

Event Details

Depending on the room reserved, you and your guests may enter 15-30 minutes before the painting starts to set up food and other items, settle in, and socialize. We also give you 15-30 minutes after the painting to socialize and collect your belongings.

Painting Selection

With so many eye-catching paintings, it may be hard to choose just one. But we ask that you make a painting selection at least seven days prior to your party. We can help you select one if needed.

You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but the final selection must be confirmed with the studio at least one week before your event date.
