How It Works
How To Book
Private events are booked by placing a nonrefundable deposit to secure your desired date and time (after availability is confirmed). Deposits can be paid in person, online, or over the phone. The deposit can be applied to the total amount of the party.
Deposits are applied to the total cost of the party the day of the event, if the minimum headcount was met. If the minimum headcount wasn't met, empty seats up to the minimum are deducted from the deposit.
A host may also elect to apply the deposit, partially or in full, to other party charges or individual seats. Parties for kids 10 years old and under will have an additional $50 assistant fee.
A private party may be rescheduled with full deposit applied, with at least 10 business days' notice (Monday-Friday) before the originally scheduled event date. For those wanting to have a private party on Friday or Saturday night from 7-9pm there will be an additional $200 premium fee. This is valid from October 20th, 2023, through February 29th, 2024. The premium is nonrefundable.

Private Party Room
In-studio parties will have an entire room to themselves, with plenty of space for all guests. Our private party room is available for parties of up to 24. Private parties of more than 24 can be held in our public space and have a capacity for up to 48 painters.
Canvases, brushes, paints, palettes, aprons and anything else needed to finish a masterpiece. We also have a designated area to keep purses and coats.
Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.
Ice, Ice Buckets, Water
Our studio is equipped with ice and ice buckets to make it easier to keep drinks and food at the right temperature. Bottled water is available for all guests. You'll also have counterspace for food or gifts.
We provide real glassware for all guests. No need to go out and buy disposable cups! We also provide ice for chilling beverages or for your drinks.
We'll have a crowd-pleasing playlist ready for you. Or, you can tell us what sort of music you'd like for your event and we'll tailor a playlist to your needs. And don't worry – we make sure the music doesn't get in the way of hearing the artist's instructions.
Food And Drinks
Our studio is completely BYOB! Bring in any food or beverages you'd like for your event! We even have a fridge/ freezer in the back if you want to bring in an ice cream cake!
Unless you've worked out other arrangements with us, doors will open 30 minutes before painting starts. This gives guests time to arrive, settle in and socialize, and gives the host time to set up food or other items for the party.
Party Hosts choose whatever art they want. We have over 8000 paintings in our master library. Here is the link: https://www.pinotspalette.com/Tyler/Painting-Library. You can also choose to have a custom piece made for an additional $100 artist’s fee. If you are planning with less than ten days’ notice, we request that you choose a painting from the ones we have in studio.
You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but the final selection must be confirmed with the studio at least two weeks before your event date.
