Private Parties 3 Ways!
We now offer private events 3 different ways! Virtual, In Studio or we can bring the party to your home with our Mobile Parties!We offer three types of private parties: virtual, in studio, and mobile. Please see below for all our private party options.
If you’d like a VIRTUAL event, we have a couple options for that:
1. We can do our 16x20” canvas size for a two hour event at $35 per person if people want to come pick up the kits from us at a designated date/time.
2. We can also do a smaller canvas size, 11x14, that’s about an hour and a half to an hour and forty-five minutes And those are $28 per person, with kit pickup.
Each painting kit includes the canvas, paint, brand new brushes, water cup, towels, disposable apron and painting palette plates.
You can pick up the kits at our studio before the event at no cost. Or, if you would like for delivery to each person’s home, it is an additional $15 per person within a 10 mile radius of our studio. Or, we can ship canvases anywhere in the US for $16 per person for the larger canvas size, or $13 per person for the smaller size.
To reserve a date for a Virtual Private Party, we have a $100 deposit. Once the party occurs with the minimum number of painters, the deposit is fully refunded (otherwise, the price per head times however many less than the minimum is deducted from the deposit, and the remainder is refunded). In host pay situations, the deposit can also be applied to the party total easily the day of the event.
We would need a minimum of 10 painters for a private party. Payment is needed before the kit pickup/delivery. There is no age requirement for our virtual events.

For an IN STUDIO event:
Private Parties can be booked any day subject to availability.. Our maximum capacity varies depending on groups with social distancing, please reach out to studio for maximum capacity. A 30-minute window is provided before and every private party. If you would like additional time in the studio, it will be $75 per hour before or after any party’s given amount of time. Please let us know a date and time you’re interested in and we can check our calendar. We can’t host private parties when we have public classes. The main room is available when we are not hosting public classes, with a minimum of 10 guests, or 10 paid spots, on our "off. nights" (Mon-Wed). If you are looking for a private party on a premium night (Thurs, Fri, Sat), we do require you to buy out the store at 24 seats regardless of how many people show up, and it needs to be at least 3 weeks in advance with no public class sign ups.
Or, If you’d like, you can also sign up for our public classes and reserve a table or two. Its much like reserving a table at a restaurant. You can view our painting schedule at www.pinotspalette.com/tustin/events
Deposit

In studio private parties are all done on our 16x20” canvas. We do not offer the smaller canvas size at a lower price for in studio events.
If guests are paying individually, upon request, we will send you a payments link to forward to your friends (& also post the link on our website calendar on the date of your party) so all the guests can sign up in advance. The price per person includes the painting, supplies and instruction. Any drinks from the bar are extra, and I’ve included a wine menu (attached) for reference. We can also make a limited menu if you like for your guests, just let us know.
For a MOBILE event:
There is a $100 refundable deposit to hold your desired day and time, and it can apply towards the total on the day of the event. Once your event date and time is approved by Studio Management, you will receive an email with a link to pay the deposit online. Of course, you are always welcome to call the studio to pay the deposit, we take calls Mon-Fri, 10am-4 pm.
Adult /Big Kid Mobile Parties
Our pricing for a two-hour adult mobile painting event is $675 for the first 15 painters and $40 for every additional painter. Canvas size is 16x20 inches.
Little Brushes Kids Parties
Little Brushes Paint Parties are offered for our younger painters ages 5-17. Canvases are 11x14 inches, depending on painting selection by host. Painting selections for Little Brushes need to come from our Kids Painting Library. The cost is $600 for up to 15 kids for a 1.5 hour class. If you are expecting over 15 kids please reach out to discuss pricing.
Painting Choices
Once we find a date that works & the deposit is paid, we ask you to send us your painting choice no later than one week prior to your event. The painting choices can be viewed here: Choose your painting
You can also choose to have a custom piece made for an additional artist’s fee and at least two week’s lead time.
What does Pinot’s Palette Provide?
The Pinot’s Palette Team will bring the following:
• Two to Four of our seasoned artists to guide painters step-by-step through the featured painting
• All of the painting essentials including canvases, paint, brushes, water cups, paper towels, palettes, easels, tables, and chairs
• Smocks to help protect clothes, drop cloths to help protect floors and butcher paper to help protect tables
• Music that sets the tone for your guests to Paint. Drink. And Have Fun.
• Tables and Chairs can be provide for the first 20 guests at no additional cost upon request, if greater than 20 guests need tables and chairs, there is an additional cost of $2 per person.
What does the location need to provide?
The location will need to provide the following:
• A water source for filling water cups and washing brushes (typical bathroom is adequate)
• 1.5 hours of set up time and one hour of clean up time in the room or area where we will paint
• Any beverages and snacks desired along with eating and drinking equipment
o The studio can cater your event if desired. Please let us know!
Please understand that Pinot’s Palette will help protect flooring, tables, and clothes; but cannot ultimately be responsible for paint that gets on items such as furniture, carpet, floors, etc.
