Glow up with this Prismatic Sky painting. Blacklight or daylight, it is sure to brighten your night.
By purchasing your seats, you confirm agreement with the following policies.
DIY Candle Add-On
Enhance your experience with our new DIY candle add-on for only $25. Simply arrive 30 minutes before class to pour your own all-natural soy candle in your favorite scent. It cures while you paint, so you will leave with both your masterpiece and your custom hand-poured candle.
Reservations
To guarantee your seat and honor any special seating requests, please reserve in advance. Payment is due at the time of reservation.
Arrival & Parking – Important for Short North
We ask that you arrive in the area and park at least 30 minutes prior to class start time. Weekends are especially busy in the Short North, and parking can take additional time.

Anyone arriving later than 15 minutes after the start time may not be able to join the class or may need to catch up on their own without artist assistance.
Age & ID
All painters are welcome. Guests under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for any class starting after 5 PM. A valid ID is required for guests purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages.
Food & Drinks
We have a full bar, and outside beverages (including non-alcoholic) are not permitted due to our license.
Our bar offers beer, wine, wine-based cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
You are welcome to bring your own food or snacks, and we also offer a small assortment of snack items for purchase.
Cancellations & Reschedules
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.
However, if you need to cancel in writing, you may reschedule to another event or receive a studio credit.
All cancellation requests must be emailed to:

(Voicemails, texts, social media messages, or other formats will not be accepted.)
Cancellation 24+ hours before class:
Reschedule or receive a full class credit valid for 60 days.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before class:
Class credit issued minus a $7 fee per seat.
No-call / no-show:
Reservation will be forfeited. No credit extended.
If we cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances:
You may choose a full refund or reschedule to a future event.
Late Arrival Policy
Painting begins promptly at the scheduled start time.
Guests arriving within the first 15 minutes may still paint but may need to catch up with minimal assistance.
Guests arriving after 15 minutes may not be able to paint and may not receive a refund or credit.
Class Minimum
If fewer than three painters are registered 6 hours before an event, we may need to cancel. You will be notified by email and may choose a full refund or reschedule into another class.
Groups & Celebrations
Let us know who is in your group or if you are celebrating something by adding a note to your reservation or emailing us in advance.
Respectful Studio Environment
We want every guest to have a great experience. We reserve the right to request that disruptive or intoxicated guests leave the studio without refund or credit if they are not receptive to polite requests.
What to Wear
We provide aprons, but acrylic paint does not wash out of clothing. Dress up or dress down—just be comfortable and paint-ready.

How do I sign up for a class?
Browse our Event Calendar, select your painting event and follow the checkout instructions to reserve your seat. Pricing varies by event; the calendar shows current prices and details. The next month's calendar should be published by the 15th of the preceding month. For help, contact shortnorth@pinotspalette.com or 614-992-5886.

What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?
PUBLIC CLASSES: With at least 24 hours' notice, cancellations are eligible for a studio credit valid for 60 days with no rescheduling fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a fee; contact shortnorth@pinotspalette.com for details. No-shows forfeit their reservation payment. Public classes require at least 3 painters. If that minimum is not met 3 hours before class, we may cancel and notify you by email or phone. You may receive a studio credit valid for 60 days or transfer to another class. Reservations are nonrefundable. PRIVATE EVENTS: Deposits are refundable when canceled at least 14 days in advance; no refunds are available with less than 14 days' notice.

Will you start on time?
Yes. We start each event at the scheduled time. We recommend you arrive in the area at least 30 minutes prior to the start time to ensure you arrive on time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will not be able to join the class to avoid disruption to the rest of our guests.. No refunds or class credits are given to late guests.

Where do I park?
There's easy to use permit or metered street parking in the area OR 3 parking garages within a short 3-5 minute walk.

Can I bring my own drinks?
No outside beverages are allowed, including non-alcoholic drinks. Our full bar offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for purchase, and water is complimentary. Guests must be 21 or older with valid ID to purchase or consume alcohol.
