Is there an age limit for attending classes?

Yes, because we have a wine/beer bar you must be at least 21 years of age and provide ID.

Can I bring my own wine, beer or alcohol to class?

Unfortunately, California state laws do NOT allow BYOB at our studio.

When does the next calendar post?

We will post the next month's calendar by the 15th of the current month.

What is the cost of a class?

All 2 hour classes are $35 per person and 3 hour classes are $45 a person. Specialty classes may vary in price.

Is there reserved seating?

Yes, we have your easel set up for you at your spot before you arrive for class. If you have friends attending the class that you’d like to sit by, you can let us know when you book the class or you can send us an email (…just make sure to give us at least 24 hours notice.)

When do I need to arrive for class?

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes prior to class to allow you time to settle in and mingle with your friends.

How do I sign up for a class?

Signing up is easy. Click the "Event Calendar" link on the top of the page to view our calendar of paintings. Select which painting you would like to paint and click "Add Painting to Cart." Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Contact us if you have trouble completing your order and we will walk you through the process.

What is your cancellation policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - No Refund and Class Credit Policy: (Based on class start time) 21+ ID Required. No outside beverages permitted. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: Arrivals more than 15 minutes after painting session has started are welcome to paint, but will need to catch up on their own. Painters arriving 30+ minutes after start of a class will not be allowed to paint or receive credit. Due to the custom nature of ALL our classes, NO REFUNDS will be issued for reservations. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice your payment will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for a future class within 30 days. Please email us (palmsprings@pinotspalette.com) to cancel. If you no-show, or don't give at least 48 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment and will not receive a credit. Seats are transferrable, but you need to notify us at least 3 hours prior to a class with the name change.
