Class Details

Paint a portrait of your pet at Project Pet. Once you sign up for the painting, email us a high quality digital photo of your pet (one pet per canvas, please) and we will do the rest. Each photo will be transferred onto a 16”X20” canvas. Our talented artists will walk you through the steps to create your very own Pet Portrait!

We will be donating $10 per seat to the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City. No discounts or complimentary gift certificates of any kind accepted for this class. Photos and registration closes on July 15th at 5:00pm. Once a photo is received there will be no refunds or transfers given to this class. Only one pet per canvas. By submitting your photo, you agree to this. If by chance you cannot make the class, you can still come and get your canvas.

We are a BYO studio but provide all the glassware, ice, plates, napkins, silverware, corkscrews and bottled water. Everyone coming into the studio needs a reservation, non-painters are not allowed in due to seating capacity. Our public classes have the following age requirements: 10 to 17 years old with a painting adult, or 18 years old and up. No Major Savers Discount accepted for this class.

About the Charity:
The Humane Society of Greater Kansas City celebrates over 100 years of faithful service to the lost, abandoned, and broken pets of the Greater Kansas City area. Our mission is to save and improve the lives of dogs and cats throughout the Greater Kansas City community by providing preventive veterinary care and spay/neuter services, education and adoptions. In 1994 we became the first no-kill shelter in the KC area, taking in many pets who are sick or injured and need medical care. Our low-cost spay/neuter and preventive veterinary care clinic saves and improves the lives of thousands of animals every year. We provide much needed care and services for the animals in our community-- our work is never done. We cannot accomplish what we do without you!
