FUNdraisingWe put the FUN in fundraising! It’s effective, it’s easy, it’s FUN! When you schedule a fundraising event with us, it is easy and painless. We can do it in our studio, or we can come to you.
There are a few simple things to remember when organizing a fundraiser
1) What is the goal of the fundraiser? Raising money of course, but there are other goals such as bringing awareness, networking, or publicity. Figuring out some of the details for the event will depend on the goals.
2) Target Audience. While it may be good to have a wide target audience, your marketing efforts and dollars may be better spent on a focused group/s.
3) Marketing, Marketing, Marketing!! We cannot stress enough how important it is to market your fundraiser, while we will market on our end, we ask that you market as well and start EARLY. If you are a Non-Profit, getting the local media involved can greatly add to the “Buzz” and attendance of the fundraiser.
4) Think of other things besides ticket sales that you can be doing to help raise funds. Whether it be a raffle, or silent auction. Sometimes you can go to local businesses and ask for gift certificates or gifts to be auctioned or raffled off. This can add a significant amount to the $$ raised
