How To Book

Request an event date by clicking on any "Plan An Event" button and we will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your date and collect your deposit pending studio availability

Deposits

Deposits are refunded the first business day after the event, if the minimum headcount was met. If the minimum headcount wasn't met, empty seats up to the minimum are deducted from the deposit. The remainder of the deposit will then be refunded, as applicable.

A host may also elect to apply the deposit, partially or in full, to other party charges or individual seats.

A private party may be canceled with deposit refunded, or rescheduled with full deposit applied, with at least 10 business days' notice (Monday-Friday) before the originally scheduled event date.

What's Included

We want your event to be fun, organized, and effortless. We provide you with all of the painting supplies needed for your party, including a professional artist to guide your guests step-by-step through the painting.

Private Party Room

Your home or office becomes your own personal private party room! Invite your guests to join the party at your location or theirs. All you need is an Internet-connected device.

Art Supplies

Each Paint Kit includes canvases, brushes, paints, palettes, and paper towels. We also offer aprons and easels for purchase to top off your experience.

Professional Instruction

Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Even in a virtual setting, everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.

Food And Drinks

Our liquor license doesn't allow us to provide beverages outside of our physical studios, so food and beverages are entirely up to you but, whatever you choose, be sure to drink responsibly. Cheers!

Event Details

We will build your Paint Kits at the studio and will arrange pickup the week of your party. However, that timeframe can be easily adjusted if you need more time to mail or distribute your Paint Kits to out of town guests.

Painting Selection

Please provide your top three (3) desired paintings. We'll always try to make sure you get your first choice; but due to occasional scheduling conflicts or materials shortages, it's advisable to have a backup or two.

You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but the final selection must be confirmed with the studio at least two weeks before your event date.
