ADVANCED RESERVATIONS RECOMMENDED: All guests may register their seat individually for the party prior to arrival or once they arrive before the painting session begins. Parties that are paying all together, may settle up once the event has ended and we have verified minimum headcount has been met.
Our Little Brushes events are recommended for kids 5-12 yrs of age. We have reduced our seating capacity to practice safe social distancing at each table. Due to limited seating, the parents or guardians that are hosting the party, are the only adults allowed to stay with the group as a chaperone in the studio. No additional parents may stay. No exceptions!
HEALTHY AT WORK: For your safety, as well as the safety of our artists and staff, we require masks to be worn upon entering and exiting the studio, in common areas while walking around, and at your seat while not eating and drinking. If you forget your mask, we have them available for purchase for $1 each. If you choose not to wear a mask, we reserve the right to not allow entry into the studio regardless of a pre-paid reservation or not. Only one person or group may enter the studio at a time upon check-in. Please form a line to check-in outside on our social distancing markers on the sidewalk in front of the studio until it is your turn to enter. Guests are required to sanitize their hands upon entering and exiting the studio, as well as washing them throughout class. Gloves will be provided to any guests that wish to wear them. Additionally, all artists and staff will have their temperature taken upon arrival and will be required to wear a mask and/or face shield throughout their entire shift. You will be informed of additional studio procedures upon check-in.
NO OUTSIDE DRINKS of any kind (including non-alcoholic) will be permitted. Drinks are not included in the event price. Please have valid ID ready for the bar if you plan on consuming alcoholic beverages. Food is not provided. You're more than welcome to bring any food you'd like to snack on during class.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: There will be a non-negotiable $75 fee for every 30 minutes your party runs over due to starting late. Please plan to arrive within the allotted 30 mins before your scheduled party start time to avoid additional fees.
PARTY MINIMUM: A required minimum of 12 painters for Kids' parties (5-12 yrs old) must have paid reservations regardless of how many attend the day of the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the custom nature of our classes, NO REFUNDS will be issued for reservations. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, your payment will be turned into a studio credit that can ONLY be used for a future class within 30 days. If you no-show for a class that you have a reservation for or don't give at least 48 hours’ notice of your cancellation, you forfeit your reservation payment. Seats are transferable, but you will need to notify us prior to the class with the name change. Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to cancel.

You'll get seats with all your friends, even if you book separately. Just tell us your friends' names when you register.

What is Pinot's Palette?
Pinot's Palette is Louisville's premiere paint and sip destination, and the only paint and sip in town with a full bar. You will enjoy an upscale studio with 2 rooms that can accommodate public classes and private events at the same time. You come to us for an entertaining evening where you create a painted masterpiece and memories with friends, family, and co-workers. Pinot's Palette is truly the place to Paint. Drink. Have Fun.
I don't have artistic talent. Will I be able to complete the painting?
Absolutely! Our professional local artists will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of class. There are technically no real mistakes in art, but acrylic paint dries quickly, making any mess-ups easy to fix and look like "happy accidents", as Bob Ross would say.
What days are Public and Private events held?
Public events are always held on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Occasionally, there are classes on other nights during the week. Private Events can be scheduled any day of the week, provided it does not conflict with other scheduled events. View our Event Calendar to find out more!
Do I need a reservation?
Yes, advanced reservations are required. All guests must be registered for class prior to arrival to guarantee your reservation and special seating requests. Payment is due at the time of the reservation to guarantee your seat.
