We're Back In-Studio!
We're back in-studio and we've missed you! We are SO excited to welcome you back to our St. Matthews studio! We're being "Healthy at Work" and are taking extra precautions to keep you and our staff safe while still having FUN!
We have reconfigured the studio and have reduced our seating capacity at each table to practice safe social distancing to follow the recommendations by the Center for Disease Control so you can safely Paint. Drink. Have Fun. with your friends, family, and co-workers. We are limiting class sizes and placing all canvases 6 ft apart. Due to the current nature of our limited seating capacity, seating requests will be taken into consideration but are not guaranteed. All guests on your reservation will be seated next to each other but will be socially distanced from our other guests. However, if anyone in your reservation prefers to be seated socially distanced from the other members of your group, we will certainly be accommodating. Due to the limited seating, all guests must be registered for class prior to arrival to guarantee your reservation. Payment is due at the time of making the reservation. No walk-ins!
For your safety, as well as the safety of our artists and staff, we require masks to be worn upon entering and exiting the studio, in common areas while walking around, and at your seat while not eating and drinking. If you forget your mask, we have them available for purchase for $1 each. If you choose not to wear a mask, we reserve the right to not allow entry into the studio regardless of a pre-paid reservation or not.
Only one person or group may enter the studio at a time upon check-in. Please form a line to check-in outside on our social distancing markers on the sidewalk in front of the studio until it is your turn to enter.
Guests are required to sanitize their hands upon entering and exiting the studio, as well as washing them throughout class frequently. Gloves will be provided to any guests that wish to wear them.
Aprons will be washed after every class. All painting materials, tables, stools, door handles, and all other surfaces will be disinfected after every class. Compostable disposable plates, utensils, and napkins are provided for every event and are available upon request.
Additionally, all artists and staff will have their temperature taken upon arrival and will be required to wear a mask and/or face shield throughout their entire shift. You will be informed of additional studio procedures upon check-in.
If a public class does not meet the minimum of 6 painters at least 24 hours prior to each event, we reserve the right to cancel class. In this instance, you will be notified via email and we will issue you a studio credit valid for 60 days or reschedule you into an upcoming class on our current calendar. Studio credits and reschedules are valid on all In-Studio and Virtual Classes, as well as Take Home Paint Kits. Refunds will not be issued. No exceptions!
Due to severely limited seating, NO REFUNDS will be issued for reservations. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, your payment will be turned into a studio credit that can ONLY be used for a future class within 30 days. If you 'no-show' for a class that you have a reservation for or don't give us at least 48 hours’ notice of your cancellation, you forfeit your reservation payment. Seats are transferable, but you will need to notify us prior to the class with the name change.
We understand some may not feel comfortable returning to the studio just yet. That is OKAY. We can still paint together virtually! We will continue to offer Virtual Classes and Take Home Paint Kits for the foreseeable future. Paint kits include all materials necessary to complete your masterpiece from the comfort of your home.
