Scout and Community Art Events in Louisville with Little Brushes
A good group outing gives everyone something to do together and something to talk about afterward. Little Brushes® at Pinot’s Palette St. Matthews offers a creative starting point for scout troops and children’s community groups: gather around a painting project and see what everyone makes.
A Little Brushes painting experience brings your group together around a shared activity while leaving space for each child’s choices. Artist guidance helps young painters get started, and the finished artwork gives them something to take home from their time together.
For a troop leader or community organizer, the first step is a conversation. Tell us the children’s ages, the approximate number of participants, your preferred dates, and what you would like the outing to accomplish. We can discuss a project and format that fit the group.
Ask about our Little Brushes patch
We have a Little Brushes patch that can be worked into a scout event. Mention it when you inquire so we can discuss including it in your group’s plans and confirm the details and pricing.
The Little Brushes patch is separate from an official scouting badge. If your troop is working toward particular art-related requirements, share those requirements before booking. Your troop leadership can confirm how the planned activity fits its program; a painting event does not automatically fulfill a badge.
Community groups are welcome, too
You do not need a scouting occasion to plan a creative gathering. A children’s club or community group can use a painting experience as a chance to spend time together, explore color, and celebrate everyone’s different approach. Tell us about your group rather than trying to fit it into a standard birthday-party plan.
At the studio or at your location
Ask about gathering at our St. Matthews studio or using our mobile painting program. We can discuss the setting, project medium, timing, and available dates. For an event at your location, include the venue address and any scheduling or space considerations in your inquiry so we can work through the arrangements with you.
Start planning your group’s art event
The most useful first message includes your organization or troop name, children’s ages, estimated attendance, preferred dates, and whether you would like the Little Brushes patch included. Let us know which adults will accompany the group and any project goals you have in mind.
Little Brushes is offered through Pinot’s Palette St. Matthews, 291 N. Hubbards Lane, Suite 160, Louisville, KY 40207. Explore private events or email stmatthewsky@pinotspalette.com using the links below. You can also reach us at 502-409-4572 to talk through the possibilities.
