Private Event Terms and Conditions
DEPOSITSPrivate parties in our Blue Line Private Studio are booked by remitting a refundable deposit of $99 to secure the desired date and time. Private parties in our Main Studio require a $250 deposit. Virtual Events; 150.00. Once your deposit is received, our event coordinator will confirm the availability of the studio for the desired date and time of your event. Deposits are refunded the first business day following your party if the minimum headcount has been met. If the minimum headcount has not been met, the empty seat fees up to the minimum 10 seats (for our Blue Line Studio) are deducted from the deposit and the remainder is refunded. *A private party may be cancelled with the deposit refunded, or rescheduled with full deposit applied to the new date, with 14 days written notice before the scheduled party date.
PRICING
The Blue Line Studio is our Private Party Event Studio. Parties for up to 10 guests have a flat rate of $420. This studio has a 10 paid seat minimum requirement and a 32 painter maximum.
The Logan Square Monument Studio may be booked for larger groups* with a maximum capacity of 56 painters. Private Parties booked in the Main Studio on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday evening require a minimum of 32 painters, subject to availability.
Every party includes a 30 minute welcome reception for mingling and cocktails, followed by a 2 or 3 hour paint party. Private Party seats are $42 each for parties that include a 2 hour painting session or $48 per person for a 3 hour painting session. Pricing is determined by the painting selected. Party duration may be extended at $50-75 per additional 30 minutes, pending studio availability for mingling, gift opening, etc.

Virtual Event Pricing
We use ZOOM Meetings
- $150.00 hosting/broadcast fee - We create a customized broadcast for each event w/specifics geared towards the painting that will be created and with opportunity to broadcast graphics, slides or video for your group if desired. INCLUDED - Only additional cost if editing or creating content.
- $30.00 per person - This includes access to the event and all paints, brushes, canvas and incidental supplies needed to create your masterpiece. (disposable aprons available for 1.00 extra)
- Kits can be picked up at our studio or delivered to 1 address in the Chicago Metro area at no additional cost. Kits can be shipped UPS ground for $20 per kit.
PRICING – LITTLE BRUSHES KIDS PARTIES
We offer Kids Birthday Parties for children 6 - 17 yrs. Parties for up to 10 children have a flat rate of $380. Each additional guest is $38. Our studio can seat up to 56 birthday guests for painting. Parties are 3 hours in duration and include 2 hours of painting. We have a painting library specific for kids or the guest of honor can also select from our 2 hour painting library. To host a party for children ages 6 - 10 years or for more than 24 children, please contact the studio for main studio availability.
PAINTING SELECTION
Visit our Painting Library (www.pinotspalette.com/logansquare/painting-library) to select your desired painting selections. It is not required that you choose a painting before booking your private party, but the final painting selection must be confirmed with the studio at least two weeks in advance of your scheduled party date.
GUEST RSVP & REGISTRATION
A link to the party registration page will be provided to the party host once the painting has been selected so that guests may register or RSVP for the party in advance.
FINAL HEAD COUNT
The final head count for your party is required 48 hours in advance of your party (72 hours if we are managing your catering). An accurate head count is required to appropriately prepare and staff for your party.
PARTY TIME!
Doors will be open 30 minutes in advance of the scheduled painting start-time to allow you and your guests settle in before painting begins. Party entry time or duration may be extended at $75 per additional 30 minutes, pending staff and studio availability.
FOOD, BEVERAGES & SUPPLIES
We provide aprons, all art supplies, disposable plates, plasticware, napkins, and complimentary bottled water at the bar. Guests are invited to bring or cater in food (snacks, tapas, cake, desserts, etc.). If you choose to have your event catered and would like recommendations, we can provide information on the packages we offer through our local partners and recommend other local restaurants.
Our Comfort Station Bar provides beverage service for all parties. Wine, beer, specialty cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. Complimentary bottled water is available. We are not a bring your own beverage (BYOB) establishment. In accordance with our City of Chicago liquor license, outside beverages are not permitted.
SPECIAL NOTES
A private party date and time is not confirmed until a deposit is received and you are notified by our party coordinator. We cannot hold a room or date without a deposit.

Website Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Terms
By accessing this website (the “Site”), the person(s) accessing the Site (“You” or “Your”) is agreeing to be bound by, and responsible for compliance with, the Website Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) of Pinot’s Palette Franchise LLC, its franchise studios, affiliated companies, and its authorized agents, employees and assignees (collectively, “Pinot’s Palette”) and all applicable laws and regulations, including applicable local laws. If You do not agree with any of the Terms of Use, You are prohibited from using or accessing the Site. The Materials contained in the Site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
2. Proprietary Rights
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Pinot’s Palette owns, solely and exclusively, all rights, title and interest in and to the Site, all the content (including, but not limited to, audio, photographs, illustrations, graphics, other visuals, video, copy, text, and software), code and date on the Site, including, but not limited to, any copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, database rights and other intellectual property and proprietary rights therein (collectively, the “Materials”). Your use of the Site does not grant to You ownership of the Materials that You may access on or through the Site.
3. Use License
Permission is granted to access and view the Materials and, unless otherwise indicted in these Terms of Use, download one (1) copy of the Materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only (the “License”). The License is not a transfer of title. Under the License, You may not:
- Modify the Materials or copy the Materials more than one (1) time;
- Use the Materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the Materials;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Materials; or
- Transfer the Materials to any other person, or “mirror” the Materials on any other server.
The License shall automatically terminate if You violate any of the Terms of Use. The License may be terminated by Pinot’s Palette at any time. Upon termination of the License, You must destroy any downloaded or copied Materials in Your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
4. Chargeback Policy
All references to a “chargeback” refer to a reversal of a credit or debit card charge placed on the Sites and/or at the Services initiated by You. There is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. If You feel that Your credit or debit card was used fraudulently on the Sites or at the Services, please contact Pinot’s Palette for immediate resolution.
YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT CHARGEBACK ANY AMOUNTS CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ON THE SITES OR AT THE SERVICES. IF YOU CHARGEBACK A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD CHARGE FOR A PAYMENT INITIATED BY YOU OR ANY AUTHORIZED USER OF THE CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD, YOU AGREE THAT PINOT’S PALETTE MAY RECOVER THE AMOUNT OF THE CHARGEBACK IN ADDITION TO FEES BY ANY MEANS DEEMED NECESSARY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, RECHARGING YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD OR HAVING THE AMOUNT RECOVERED BY A COLLECTION AGENCY.
5. Disclaimer
THE MATERIALS ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. PINOT’S PALETTE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS. FURTHER, PINOT’S PALETTE DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS CONCERNING THE ACCURACY, LIKELY RESULTS, OR RELIABILITY OF THE USE OF THE MATERIALS ON THE SITE OR ON ANY SITES LINKED TO THE SITE.
6. Limitations
IN NO EVENT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL PINOT’S PALETTE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR THE MATERIALS ON THE SITE, EVEN IF PINOT’S PALETTE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED ORALLY OR IN WRITING OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Pinot’s Palette harmless from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, costs, expenses, attorney’s fees, damages or liabilities of any kind arising out of or relating, in whole or in part, to the use or inability to use the Site or the Materials on the Site, or Your breach or violation of the law or of these Terms of Use.
8. Revisions and Errata
The Materials appearing on the Site may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Pinot’s Palette does not warrant that any of the Materials on the Site are accurate, complete, or current. Pinot’s Palette may make changes to the Materials contained on the Site at any time without notice. Pinot’s Palette does not, however, make any commitment to update the Materials.
9. Links
Pinot’s Palette has not reviewed all of the websites linked to the Site and is not responsible for the content of any such linked websites. The inclusion of any link to a website does not imply endorsement by Pinot’s Palette of such website, and the use of any such linked web site is at Your own risk.
10. Terms of Use Modifications
Pinot’s Palette may revise the Terms of Use for the Site at any time without notice. By accessing the Site, You are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of the Terms of Use.
11. Governing Law
Any claim relating to the Site or the Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
