2:00 - 5:00PM
Paint a portrait of your pet at Project Pet. Once you sign up for the painting, email us a high quality digital photo of your pet (one pet per canvas, please) and we will do the rest. Each photo will be transferred onto a 16”X20” canvas. Our talented artists will walk you through the steps to create your very own Pet Portrait!
PROJECT PET IMAGE SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS SUNDAY, MARCH 25th.
Proceeds from this Project Pet event will be benefiting the "One Tail at a Time" Rescue/Shelter.
One Tail at a Time (“OTAT”) is a no-kill, 501(c)3 all-breed dog rescue committed to lowering euthanasia rates in the greater Chicagoland area through the rescue and adoption of dogs in need; comprehensive support of adopters; and community outreach through humane education programs and assistance for disadvantaged and low-income families.
Paint a portrait of your furry friend at our "Project Pet" Paint Party. Once you reserve your seat, simply email a photo of your pet to email@example.com. PLEASE NOTE: only one pet per canvas. Once you e-mail the photo, we take care of the rest! We remove the color and background from around the pet and print a grayscale image of the photo to canvas. At the event, our talented artists will guide you through the painting to create your very own Pet Portrait. The results are AMAZING!
PROJECT PET IMAGE SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS MONDAY, MARCH 18th.
Pinot’s Palette is a fun and engaging paint and sip experience – a revolutionary way to enjoy art and drinks, meet new people and bond with friends.
At our sip and paint parties, guests enjoy a 'no art experience required' paint party & all art supplies are included! You'll be led by our talented local artists who will guide you step-by-step to create the featured painting.
Our paint events are more party than an art class. Though our artists will guide you to create the featured painting, this is your masterpiece! You can follow along as much, or as little, as you’d like. Feel free to choose a different color from our paint cart, add in your own detail or paint another image entirely. We encourage creativity!
We have a full-service bar! Choose from our delicious cocktail menu, studio selection of wine by the glass or bottle or one of our craft beers. Non-alcoholic drinks are also available for purchase. Complimentary bottled water is available at the bar. We are not a BYOB establishment; outside beverages are not permitted. Our bartenders will take great care of you!
The more the merrier, INVITE YOUR FRIENDS! We paint, drink and have fun!
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
We encourage our guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time of the paint party to allow time to grab a beverage, get ready to paint and settle in at your table. Our paint parties begin at the scheduled start time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I sign up for a class?
To reserve a seat for one of our paint parties, click on our home page and scroll through our upcoming events or visit our ‘Event Calendar’ to view our full upcoming calendar of events. Click on the painting of your choice. To reserve a seat, click the ‘Register’ button and follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Please contact us if you have any trouble completing your order. We will help you trouble shoot the issue or simply take your reservation by phone.
Is there an age limit for your regular public classes?
We welcome families and children ages 6 years and above for any of our daytime paint parties. While our evening classes that begin after 5 pm are structured for adults, we do allow guests aged 13 – 17 to participate if they are accompanied by an adult. All guests must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or consume alcohol.
What should I wear to paint?
No dress code here...dress casual or dress up! We provide all guests with an apron, but painters have been known to get involved in their work of art. Should any acrylic paint get on your clothes, it can typically be washed out within 60 seconds. If allowed to set longer, the paint may be permanent.
I don’t have any artistic talent? Will I be able to complete the painting?
Absolutely! Our paint parties are intended for beginners, but are also fun for more seasoned artists. Our artist will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting. You can follow along as much, or as little, as you’d like. Feel free to choose a different color from our paint cart, add in your own detail or paint another image entirely. We encourage creativity and there are no mistakes! Acrylic paint dries quickly, so making changes or perfecting your painting is easy to do.
Is there parking near your studio?
Street parking is available all along Milwaukee, Kimball and Diversey Avenues. While parking in some areas is free, most parking is $2/hr. Using the ‘Park Chicago’ app makes paying for parking a breeze. A public parking lot is also available two blocks south of us at the corner of Spaulding & Emmett (behind McDonalds), also $2/hr. We are also just steps from the Blue Line Logan Square stop (exit the L platform towards Spaulding Ave).
