AGE POLICY: Guests 9 and up are allowed with an accompanying adult. All guests must have a paid seat in order to stay.
FOOD/DRINK POLICY: We have a bar stocked with wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options. No outside drinks are allowed in. The only exceptions are unopened, sealed water bottles or soda bottles. Outside food is more than welcome especially if you share!

You don't need to be a seasoned painter — we make it easy for everyone to find their inner artist!
You'll get seats with all your friends, even if you book separately. Just tell us your friends' names when you register.
Paint Your Way
There's no rule that says you have to follow the artist's steps. It's your art, so paint it however you like!

May I bring in my own Beverages?
Unfortunately, no you can not, due to Huntsville City laws you are unable to bring outside alcohol inside. We do however have a bar with beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options from $3 up. :)
Is there an age limit for the normal public classes?
For most normal classes, ages 13-17 are allowed with an adult over the age of 18, everyone must have a paid seat. However, if a class ends before 6:00PM, we allow ages 9 and up with an adult. All other ages can only attend a class that is marked specifically “All ages” on the calendar. Unfortunately due to limited space we cannot allow children in strollers.
Can a friend or child attend an event without painting or paying?
You are welcome to attend a class without painting so long as you have a paid seat. Reach out to us if you would like more information on our non painting sitting fee. Unfortunately, due to limited seating we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
What is the cancellation policy?
Due to the custom nature of all our classes, no refunds will be issued for reservations. However, if you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice your payment will be turned into a credit that can be used for a future class within 90 days. Please email us (email@example.com) to cancel. If you no-show, or don't give at least 24 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment and will not receive a credit. Seats are transferable, but please notify us at least 3 hours prior to a class with the name change.
How will I know if you cancel a class due to weather?
We will email everyone out as soon as we make that decision. We rarely cancel classes so unless you have heard from us it is ok to assume we will be having class!
