How To Book
Request an event date by clicking on any "Plan An Event" button and we will contact you back ASAP to confirm your date and collect your deposit. Or you can call us at the studio at 970.999.4044 or reach us at FortCollinsCo@pinotspalette.com to walk you through it.
Reserve our Private Party studio with a $99 deposit. Private Parties require a minimum of 8 painters (or 8 paid seats). The deposit will be used to pay for seats in the class if the minimum headcount has not been met. Your deposit will be refunded with your minimum of 8 painters. For larger parties of 25 or more and Mobile Events, a $250 deposit is required to hold your date and time. Minimum painter requirements vary for larger parties and events.
A host may also elect to apply the deposit, partially or in full, to other party charges or individual seats if the minimum number of painting guests have been met.
Deposits are non-refundable if the event is a no-show or is cancelled. The deposit will be refunded if you party has a minimum of 8 painters as specified above. The deposit can be applied towards your tab during your event.
We want your event to be fun, organized and effortless. We provide you with a beautiful studio to paint in, all the art supplies needed for a party, including our helpful artist(s) to host and guide your guests through the event and a well stocked bar (at an additional cost).
Private Party Room
In-studio parties will have an entire room to themselves, with plenty of space for all guests. Guests may arrive 30 minutes before the painting begins!
Canvases, brushes, paints, palettes, aprons and anything else needed to finish a masterpiece. We also have a designated area to keep purses and coats.
Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.
Ice, Ice Buckets, Water
We have a great selection of wine and locally brewed beers, coolers and mixers. We also have a many non-alcoholic choices plus snacks! You'll also have counter and sink for your food and a table for your gifts!
We provide real glassware for all guests. No need to go out and buy disposable cups! Watch for seasonal specialty drinks too!
We'll have a crowd-pleasing playlist ready for you. Or, you can tell us what sort of music you'd like for your event and we'll tailor a playlist to your needs. And don't worry – we make sure the music doesn't get in the way of hearing the artist's instructions.
Food And Drinks

Unless you've worked out other arrangements with us, doors will open 30 minutes before painting starts. This gives guests time to arrive, settle in and socialize, and gives the host time to set up food or other items for the party.
Please provide your top painting choice. We have an extensive Master Painting Library with over 1200 painting choices. We offer 2-hour paintings and 3-hour paintings for your to choose from along with many Do-It-Yourself options such as glass painting, chunky yarn classes, paper lanterns, wood palettes, string art, wreaths and much more! (Specialty items such as long canvases have a surcharge added price depending on the project picked).
You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but the final selection must be confirmed with the studio at least two weeks before your event date.
