- After registering, we send you an email with all the information you need, including: day & time of painting, supplies needed, how to login to Zoom, and the class link.
- If you do not receive a class email 24 hours prior to start time please shoot us an email at FortCollins@pinotspalette.com so we can try to get you what you need.
- Can’t make the live event? Our class links are valid for 4 days and then they become inactive. After 4 days you will no longer have access to this event.
- The link will redirect to the Zoom webinar 10-15 min prior to class starting; there is no password required, however Zoom may ask for email to register for the class.
- Following class, the link will redirect to a processing notification page.
- It may take up to 24 hours to edit, process and upload the video for viewing.
- Again, The video will be available for 4 days following upload.

Is it safe to come to a Pinot’s Palette class in the studio?
Yes, it is! We have been inspected and approved by Larimer County to open at a limited capacity. We request that everyone wear a mask upon entering the studio, including staff members. We have special seating arrangements at each class to separate by family or group. There are hand sanitizing stations around the studio and in the bathrooms. All areas are sanitized on a regular basis during all shows and deep cleaning is done between shows.
What are the Studio hours?
Studio hours will vary according to our class schedule. We are always open when there is a scheduled class. Studio Office hours are Wednesday noon until 4 pm; Thursday, Friday and Saturday noon - 9 pm, Sundays from noon - 4 pm, closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and major holidays. Check out our Event Calendar for more information. Private parties can be held any day of the week!
What is the cancellation policy?
What is your cancellation policy? Pinot's Palette cancellation policy is as follows: No refunds will be made. Up to 2 Painters - notification must occur at least 24 hours before the class starts to receive a class credit, for the amount paid excluding any discounts or coupons used. You must use the Credit Code issued when you register for another class. Credit Codes are good for six months and can be used one time, they may not be transferred to another class once registration is made. All credit requests must be made by email and approved by Pinot's Palette managers. Groups of more than 2 painters - notification must occur at least 5 days before the class starts and will be reviewed by Pinot’s Palette managers for approval. Cancellation policy for Project Pet is 1 week before the class date to request a class credit by email. Cancellation for Chunky Blanket classes must occur at least 48 hours prior to the class start. A credit will not be issued however we will move your reservation to the next chunky blanket class that you are able to attend. These reservations may only be moved once. This cancellation policy applies to all public, and off-site parties. Private Parties must give days notice to cancel and get the deposit back. A private party may be canceled with deposit refunded, or rescheduled with full deposit applied, with at least 14 days notice in the Private Party Studio or 30 days in the Main Studio prior to the event. (Monday-Friday).
What days are classes held?
Private Parties are held 24/7 as requested. Public classes are generally scheduled Tuesday through Sundays, with two shows on Saturday. View our class calendar to find out more!
How do I sign up for a class?
Signing up is easy. Click the "Event Calendar" link on the top of the page to view our calendar of paintings. Select which painting you would like to paint and click the red "Register" button. Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Contact us if you have trouble completing your order and we will walk you through the process.
