  • How do I sign up for a class?

    Signing up is easy. Click the "VIEW THE EVENT CALENDAR" link on the home page to view our calendar of paintings. Select which painting you would like to paint and click "Register." Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Contact us if you have trouble completing your order and we will walk you through the process.

  • Is there an age limit for your regular public classes?

    Yes, we are an art entertainment studio and our evening classes are geared towards adults. We do have kid’s specific classes for children, teen only events and family classes available. All Adult public events are ages 14+. "Little Brushes" public events are for ages 6+. All guests must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or consume alcohol.

  • What should I wear to paint?

    No dress code here...dress casual or dress up. We provide all guests with an apron, but painters have been known to get involved in their work of art!

  • What do I need to bring to class?

    We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints, and apron for the class. All you need to bring are appetizers or snacks you might want to enjoy! We have an in studio bar with wine, beer, mixed drinks, soft drinks, and juice. We supply paper plates, napkins, and plasticware.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Due to the custom nature of all our classes, NO REFUNDS will be given . If we are notified 24 hours prior to class, your seat can be turned into STUDIO CREDIT and must be used within 60 days. If you no-call no-show you forfeit your reservation payment and will not receive a credit. We must receive an EMAIL for a credit a MINIMUM of 24 hours in advance. - PLEASE SEND EMAIL TO ELMHURST@PINOTSPALETTE.COM Reservation transfers are not available if notification of cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start. This cancellation policy applies to reservations of 2 or less. FOR CANCELATION OF A PARTY 3 OR MORE, a minimum of 4 DAYS notice is required for a STUDIO CREDIT.
