Virtual Private Parties - How It Works
How To Book
Private virtual events are booked by placing a $50 deposit to secure your desired date and time (after availability is confirmed by the studio).
Deposits are refunded the first business day after the event, if the minimum headcount was met. If the minimum headcount wasn't met, empty seats up to the minimum are deducted from the deposit. The remainder of the deposit will then be refunded, as applicable.
A host may also elect to apply the deposit, partially or in full, to other party charges or individual seats.
A private party may be canceled with deposit refunded, or rescheduled with full deposit applied, with at least 14 business days' notice (Monday-Friday) before the originally scheduled event date.

Private Party Room
You'll have your own Zoom virtual private room for you and your guests to socialize before, during and after the event. We'll open your Zoom room up 30 minutes before your scheduled start time and leave it open for 15 minutes after your event so that you can stay and socialize.
Each participant will receive an art supply kit that includes a canvas, brushes, paint, apron and palette plates.. The art kit will be available for pick up at the studio in advance of the event or for an additional charge we offer shipping anywhere in the US.
Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.
Food And Drinks
Encourage your guests to enjoy some food and drinks during your party for some added fun! Inquire with the studio about the option of adding a bottle of wine to your guest's art kits.
We'll start your virtual party 30 minutes before your painting time and keep it running after your painting event. This gives guests time to arrive, settle in and socialize.
You select the painting that you'd like instructed at your event from our library of over 2,000 options. Some specialty paintings may have an additional charge associated with them.
You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but the final selection must be confirmed with the studio at least one week before your event date. We'll also need your painting selection before we can put together your art kit.
