Everyone is required to have a paid seat in order to attend a class.
Listed times are INSTRUCTION times. Absolutely NO LATE ARRIVALS-this is a live event. Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to order at the bar and get seated. NO LATE ARRIVALS ALLOWED.
NOTE WHEN PURCHASING MORE THAN ONE SEAT!
If ordering surface upgrades, you need to ADD EACH SEAT to your cart ONE AT A TIME with the upgrade and purchase choices for THAT seat, then go back and add the next seat with choices, etc.
REFUND/CREDIT POLICY: If you cannot attend your scheduled class, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will be happy to issue you a studio credit that can be used toward a future class registration (to be used within 60 days). No credits will be issued if less than 24 hour notice is given. (includes no shows). More than 24 hours notice, you may obtain a refund for your class transaction amount minus a fee to cover merchant services costs associated with card refund transactions. A $10 service fee per transaction will apply to all requested refunds $100 and under, 10% of sales total over $100. There are no refunds for paint kits or video kits once ordered.

What is the cancellation policy for class reservations?
If you cannot attend, please contact us before your event; email is preferred. We can issue a studio credit valid for 60 days. No credit is issued for no-shows without communication. Refunds requested more than 24 hours before the event are available minus processing fees: $10 per transaction of $100 or less, or 10% for transactions over $100. Paint kits, video kits and virtual kits are non-refundable once ordered.

What happens if I am late?
Classes begin on time so everyone can follow the artist together. If you realize you will be late, please contact us before the class rather than arriving after instruction has begun. We can issue a studio credit to reschedule. No-shows without communication are not eligible for credit.

I have never painted before. Can I do this?
Absolutely! No painting experience is needed. Our artists guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and are available to help throughout the class. Come ready to have fun!

How do I sign up for a class?
Visit our event calendar, choose the painting or creative experience you want to attend and select “Add Painting to Cart.” Follow the checkout instructions to complete your reservation.

Do you take walk-ins?
Scheduled classes require advance registration. Walk-ins are welcome during designated Open Studio hours when available. Check our event calendar for current Open Studio dates and times.
