Virtual Private Parties - How It Works

How To Book

Private events are booked by placing a non-refundable deposit to secure your desired date and time (after availability is confirmed by the studio).

Deposits

Deposits are non refundable and will be deducted from the total balance which is due on the day of the event. The deposit books the event and secures the date and time. The deposit can be made online securely through a link which is organized by our party planner.

Once you make the deposit your event is confirmed and you are all set. Our party planner with be in touch with you the week of the event to get your final head count.

A private party deposit is non refundable under any circumstances. Due to the nature of our events we are unable to refund any deposits that are made.

What's Included

We want your event to be fun, organized and effortless. We provide you with all the supplies needed for a party, including our helpful artist(s) to host and guide your guests through the event. Please inquire with the planner to go over all details of what is included in your event.

Private Party Room

For virtual events the party room is where you decide. We send you a link to access the virtual room and all guests can follow along.

Art Supplies

We include canvas, brushes, paints, palettes and disposable aprons. We do not include easels and water cup, this must be provided by you.

Professional Instruction

Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.

Food And Drinks

We do not include any food for liquor with our virtual events. All food and drinks must be provided by the guests for virtual events. Unless catering has been pre arranged with our studio.

Event Details

We recommend guests enter the zoom link about 10-15 minutes to ensure they are able to open and access the event. Your instructor will be live at the designated time arrange for your event.

Painting Selection

The painting selection can be made from our painting library but must be confirmed with the studio.

You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but the final selection must be confirmed with the studio on the week of your event date.
