Can you host a event at my own location?
Absolutely! We bring the mobile studio to any location of your choice. We ask that you provide the tables and chairs and we'll take care of the rest!
What's the minimum amount of painters required to host a private event?
We require a minimum of 10 painters to secure a private painting event.

What's the max number of painters that you can accomadate for a mobile event?
We don't have a limit. We are more than happy to accommodate any sized painting event
What's the price for your open class?
Open classes range from $40-$55 depending on painting and mobile venue.
When do you hold open classes at your mobile locations?
Open classes are typically held Monday - Sunday. Refer to our events calender for the latest class schedule.
Can you lower your price per painter if we supply the material for the event?
No, our price per painter is all inclusive. We bring all the supplies needed to paint your masterpiece.
Can you host a private event during the week?
Absolutely! As long as we are not booked for the day we can host a private painting event 7 days a week.
What is the cancellation policy
Pinot's Palette cancellation policy is as follows: PINOT'S PALETTE EAST MEADOW IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING A GREAT EXPERIENCE TO ALL OF OUR GUESTS - NOTHING MAKES US HAPPIER! Our Cancellation Policy was created to best serve all of our customers and applies to our public classes and private events. (Private party deposits are non refundable. If you decide to cancel your private event the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellation Policy open events: Due to the custom nature of our events no refunds are given. If notified within 48 hours in advance from the event we will issue a studio credit to be used for another event. we do not accept cancellations by phone, email requests must be received). Please send your request for a credit to firstname.lastname@example.org. Loss of payment will occur if no email has been received 48 hours prior to the class start time. Due to recent covid times, if it is past the 48 hour notice of class time, you can request a credit to switch to another event at the East Meadows location only and the fee to switch is $15pp. Under no circumstances do we offer refunds to open events.
Can I bring in food and drinks?
When you arrive food and drinks are available for purchase at our beautiful bar. Our studio has a delicious food menu and a full liquor bar. We have signature cocktails, premium shots, and a large selection of wine and craft beers. We also have a large selection of nonalcoholic beverages, sparkling water, juices and soda. For dessert we have alcohol infused ice cream. Flavors such as vanilla bean bourbon and salted caramel whisky. If you are coming to one of our family events, we have the little ones covered. We serve hot dogs and French fries. Juices, soda and Shirley temple slushy rimmed with sprinkles. Please note we are not byob and we do not allow any outside food or drinks.
I purchased a take home kit, when can I come pick it up
Once you purchase your kits please call or email the studio at Eastmeadow@pinotspalette.com to schedule a pick up day and time. Please do not come to the studio until you confirm with the studio. Typically kits are available for pick up and delivery Monday thru Friday after 6pm, Saturday after 1pm and Sundays after 3pm. Keep in mind these times can change, so please be sure to confirm your pick before coming to the studio.
It says you are open from 10am-10pm, can I come anytime?
We are open taking calls from 10am through 10pm, however we are not in the studio at those times. We are typically in the studio Monday -Friday after 6pm, Saturdays after 1pm and Sundays after 3pm. Please keep in mind these times change so if you are looking to come speak with someone please call the studio prior to arriving.
I just purchased a ticket to one of your open classes, what does this include?
Your ticket typically includes the following but can differ according to each class. 2 hour painting session, Talented instructor who guides you step by step thru the painting, painting supplies to be used during the painting session, apron to be used during the painting session and music for the event. Your ticket does not include any food or drinks. We have a beautiful full liquor bar and we also serve food. Please note we are not byob and we do not allow any outside food or drinks. When you arrive food and drinks are available for purchase at the bar. For larger groups we have a catering menu if you would like to pre order trays of food. Please call or email the studio if interested in catering for our classes.
