**UPDATED POLICIES AND PROCEDURES**

**Little Brushes: Kids Camps are for children ages 7-11 years old. When signing up please indicate your child's age in the seating.
**Children will need to bring a prepared meal and utensils from home. No lunches will be heated or refrigerated. Water, juice box and a snack will be provided.
**Please do not send any outside toys, video games, or other valuables, as they can easily be damaged in our studio. Your child should wear clothing that can become soiled, and possibly stained, with paint. Pinot’s Palette Danville is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
**Arrival time is 9:30 AM and pick up time is 1:00 PM. If you are late to pick up your child, a fee of $25 is added to your reservation after the first 10 minutes. You will be requested to pay this amount when you arrive to pick up your child. Repeated late pickups, or failure to pay the late fees will result in the forfeiture of any future seats in our 2023 Winter Program.
**CANCELLATION POLICY**
All cancellations must be made 4 days in advance of class to receive a credit that can ONLY be applied to another Little Brushes: Kids Camp class from June 2022 through August 2022, subject to openings and availability. We do not give cash refunds. Our refund policy is designed to discourage last minute cancellations, as our purchasing and scheduling are directly determined by your enrollment. Therefore, we cannot make exceptions.

Photos: We will be taking photos of the painters for our social media! Please indicate if you do not want your child photographed in your seating requests.
