Paint a portrait of your pet at Project Pet. Once you sign up for the painting, email us a high quality digital photo of your pet (one pet per canvas, please) and we will do the rest. Each photo will be transferred onto a 16”X20” canvas. Our talented artists will walk you through the steps to create your very own Pet Portrait!

The photos deadline will be July 9th if you want your pet printed on the canvas. You can still sign up after July 9th but there will be additional shipping charges. If you have any questions, give us a call at 925.743.9900. Please email all photos to DANVILLE@PINOTSPALETTE.COM.

Your pet photo should showcase your animal and reflect unobstructed views of your pet. 300dpi works best.
Here are some tips for success:
a) 1 pet per person/per photo
b) Highest resolution possible
c) Pet is clear and in the foreground with no furniture, objects, grass, etc. blocking any body parts
d) Pet is centered in the photo either FULL BODY or HEAD SHOT, with no cropped off parts.
e) Our best advice is to take a photo of your pet with the best camera you have outside during the day, under a shaded area (like your front porch, back patio, or inside near a window).
f) Remember, the better your photo is, the easier the painting process will be.
Guests enjoy a no-experience-required art class—all supplies included—directed by trained, local artists, who guide guests step-by-step through a featured painting.

What are you COVID precautions? Do you require masks?
We ask that you wear a mask when you enter the studio, when at your seat, and when you are up walking around. You are able to take your mask off when sipping on beverages, but we ask that it please be worn at all other times. We have complimentary masks if you forget to bring one. We are spacing groups six feet apart to ensure everyone's safety, as well as taking temperatures at the door. Groups will be seated together at the same tables. We also sanitize all surfaces after each class, and wash each apron after being worn.

Do you have sanitizing stations available?
Yes, we have plenty of hand sanitizer and two sinks in the front room where you can wash your hands.

What does the class cost?

Do you offer private events?
We are currently offering in-studio, mobile, and virtual private events. Call for more details at (925) 743-9900.

How do I get my supplies for virtual private events?
If you organize a virtual private event, your supplies will be available at the studio for pick on an arranged day and time. You can always request to pick they up at earlier times by emailing us at danville@pintospalette.com. We are happy to get your supplies ready earlier.
