Winter gloom can get ya down. We get it. One good way to perk ourselves up and get a little serotonin and dopamine flowing is to let it all out on a canvas. Really, it is good therapy to create, to embellish, to beautify. With all the soggy, dirty, snow and slush outside, making your little peaceful corner can perk you right up! Having a little sip of sauce doesn’t hurt the effort, either 😉 Bright colors and scenes that make you reminisce or motivate yourself are excellent things to bring a little sunshine and happiness to your day. What I’m saying is, come paint with us at Pinot’s Palette, or create something at home. Wherever you do your artsy things, I encourage you to use your intuitive creativity to lift your heart!
