How To Book
Request an event date by clicking on any "Plan An Event" button and we will contact you back ASAP (no later than 1 business day) to confirm your date and collect your deposit. Or you can call us at the studio at 702-331-2007 between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to make arrangements over the phone.
A deposit of $100 holds the date for any event in the Charleston Room. Deposits for events in our main studio are also $100 but increase to $500 if you wish to have your event in our Main Studio during one of our normally scheduled classes (which are Monday through Saturday evenings and Saturday & Sunday afternoons). Mobile events have a $250 deposit.
As long as the minimum number of painting guests have been met, the deposit will be refunded back to you after the event or can be applied to the overall cost of the party.
If the deposit is not adequate to cover the minimum number of painters, an additional payment from the organizer will be required to do so. All of our deposits are 100% refundable if your party is cancelled at least 14 days (Charleston Room or mobile event) or 30 days (Main Studio) prior to the event.
To ensure your party will be fun, organized and effortless, we provide you with a beautiful venue, all of the art supplies, professional instruction, beverages (at an additional cost) and food setup supplies as follows:
Private Party Room
We have a beautiful private party room that will hold up to 32 painters or your can reserve our main studio that can hold up to 48. Both studios have counter space for your serving needs, and designated cubby space for purses and jackets that will keep them paint free.
We provide everything you need to complete your masterpiece including aprons to help protect your clothing.
Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.
Ice, Ice Buckets, Water
We have a well-stocked bar with over 20 different wines, a dozen beers and an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages including sodas, iced tea, bottled water and even juice boxes for the kids.
We serve our wine in real wine glasses and our beer in cold beer glasses because drinking wine from a plastic cups is just not right.
We have an awesome sound system that allows the artist to easily flip between the microphone (for instruction) and fun-loving music (for painting) so that you can hear the instruction without losing the energy in the room. We have many popular playlists ready for you or we can tailer one specific to your group.
Food And Drinks
You can bring in any food you like and we will provide plates, napkins and plasticware. We have a huge selection of wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages that you can purchase from us. Our liquor license does not allow outside beverages.
Your private party comes with an extra hour of socializing time such that if you choose to paint a 2-hour painting, you will have the room for three hours and a 3 hour painting gives you four hours. Unless requested otherwise, this extra hour is split at 30 minutes before and after the paint time in order to give your guests time to arrive, settle in and socialize before the painting begins.
You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but we like to have your choice at least ten days prior to your party so our artist has time to practice it before your event.
Our painting library is massive which gives you many options from which to choose but can be a little daunting to sort through to find the perfect one. You can narrow your search by using the filters at the top of the page.
