Class Details

This is a specialty event. National and Pinot Perks™ discounts cannot be applied for this event.

Paint a portrait of your pet at Project Pet. Once you sign up for the painting, email us a high quality digital photo of your pet (one pet per canvas, please) and we will do the rest. Each photo will be transferred onto a 16”X20” canvas. Our talented artists will walk you through the steps to create your very own Pet Portrait!

Class Details
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time if you'd like to get a beverage from the bar. The painting starts right at the start time. Should you not be able to make it, we will only reschedule your reservation if we are GIVEN 8 HOURS advance notice (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Food and Beverage Policy: We’ll be serving drinks onsite! No outside alcohol is allowed inside. You can bring snacks.

Arrival Time & Late Arrivals: We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time of this class, so that we can start and end on time. Anyone arriving any later than 15 minutes after the start time may have to catch up on their own without Artist assistance. Reservations will not be credited for late arrivals and no shows. Thank you for your understanding!

If the class has less than 4 people registered by 5 hours prior to class, the class will be cancelled. We will notify you and provide a credit for a new class valid for 60 days.

**Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy**
While we regret to lose the opportunity to paint with you, our Pinot’s Palette cancellation policy is as follows: We DO NOT offer refunds for our live events under any circumstances, you have the option to put the reservation on hold for a later date or transfer the reservation to another class of equal value (or pay the difference between events). Your reservation can be put on hold with a class credit or transferred to another class if notification is received at least 8 hours before class start time (NO EXCEPTIONS). Class credits expire after 60days. After that, you can have a friend come in place for you, or loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 8 hours prior to class start time. All sales are final, and all reservations are non-refundable, regardless of the situation, including if circumstances beyond our control should happen (i.e. fires, rain, earthquakes, government mandated closures.) No refunds are available. All sales are final. By completing the checkout process, you agree to all terms and conditions.

  • Q) What is the cancellation policy?

    Pinot's Palette cancellation policy is as follows: There are no refunds, If you cancel at least 24 hours before class, we will issue a credit that can be used within the next 30 days. If you call under 24 hours from class, there will be NO REFUND and NO CREDIT for another class . This is especially true on Special Occasions like Mothers Day and Valentines day

  • Q) How do I sign up for a class?

    Signing up is easy. Click the "Event Calendar" link at the top of the page to view our calendar of paintings. Select which painting you would like to paint and click "Add Painting to Cart." Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Contact us if you have trouble completing your order and we will walk you through the process.

  • Q) What days are classes held?

    Classes will, at a minimum, be held on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. We also occasionally have classes on other nights during the week & on Saturday & Sunday afternoons – view our class calendar to find out more!

  • Q) What does a class cost?

    2-hour classes cost $39 per painter. 3-hour classes cost $45 per painter.

  • Q) When do I need to arrive for class?

    We recommend you arrive 20 minutes before class starts to allow time for you to get settled in and mingle before the painting starts.
