What is your cancellation policy?
While we regret to lose the opportunity to paint with you, our Pinot's Palette cancellation policy is as follows: A full refund can occur if notification of cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before class start time. You can also have the option to put the reservation on hold for a later date or transfer the reservation to another class. The reservation can be put on hold or transferred to another class if notification is received at least 24 hours before class start time. Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start time. This cancellation policy applies to parties of 2 or less. For cancellation of a party of 3 or more, a minimum of one week's notice is required for a refund or to reschedule. Project Pet - A full refund can occur if notification is given 14 business days before the day of the class. The reason for this is because we photoshop each pet & have them individually custom printed onto each canvas. Project Pet - a class credit can be given to use on the next project pet class if notification is given at least 48 hours in advance.
Is there an age limit for public classes?
Yes. For Regular Public Classes 13 to 17 years of age may attend with an adult, all attendees must have a paid seat. We do schedule ‘Family Days’, where all-ages are welcome to attend.
Can someone come who is not painting?
No, unfortunately due to our limited space, we do not allow observers in our public classes. All attendees must have a paid seat.
What does Pinot's Palette provide?
We provide all of your painting supplies and apron to protect your clothing, along with paper plates, napkins, utensils, ice, ice buckets, wine openers, wine glasses, and complimentary bottled water.
What should I bring to class?
We are a BYOB studio. Feel free to bring anything you’d like to drink or snack on during class. Guests will typically bring wine or beer, though any beverage is welcome. Food is welcome but please keep in mind that space is limited, so snacks and finger foods are best for our public classes.
When do I arrive for a class?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the start time.
How do I sign up for a class?
Class registration can be done online or over the phone during office hours M-F 9am-4pm. Please visit the studio calendar for a list of the upcoming classes.
How can I ensure I will be seated next to my friends?
Please use our seating requests space while making your reservation to place the name of your group. You can also email us at email@example.com at least 24 hours in advance M-F and let us know who you’d like to be seated with.
Are observers allowed in class?
Please note that all seats taken in class must be paid for regardless if the guest paints.
Is this a formal art class?
Our class motto is Paint. Drink. Have Fun.! We are a fun evening out that happens to include painting.
Can I bring food? What type of food?
Food is welcome but please keep in mind that space is limited, so snack and finger foods are best for our public classes.
Can I bring other beverages than wine?
Yes, you may bring whatever you like to drink.
Will there be space for our food and drinks?
Yes, we have plenty of open counter space available.
Do you provide protection for clothing?
Yes, we have aprons available in all studios.
