What is your cancellation policy?
Pinot's Palette cancellation policy is as follows: A full refund or class credit can occur if notification of cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before class start. Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 48 hours prior to class start.
When do I arrive for a class?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the start time.
Will there be space for our food and drinks?
Yes, we have plenty of open counter space available.
Can someone come who is not painting?
No, we do not allow observers in our public classes.
How do I sign up for a class?
Class registration can be done online or over the phone. Please visit the studio calendar for a list of the upcoming classes.
Do you provide protection for clothing?
Yes, we have aprons available in all studios.
Is there an age limit for public classes?
Yes. Our age limit is 13 years old and up
What does Pinot's Palette provide?
We provide plates, napkins, utensils, ice, ice buckets, wine openers, wine glasses, and complimentary bottled water.
Can I bring other beverages than wine?
Yes, you may bring whatever you like to drink.
How can I ensure I will be seated next to my friends?
Please use our seating requests space while making your reservation to place the name of your group.
Are observers allowed in class?
Please note that all seats taken in class must be paid for regardless if the guest paints.
Is this a formal art class?
Our class motto is Paint. Drink. Have Fun.! We are a fun evening out that happens to include painting.
Can I bring food? What type of food?
Food is welcome but please keep in mind that space is limited, so snack and finger foods are best for our public classes.
