How It Works
How To Book
Private events are booked by placing a refundable $150 deposit to secure your desired date and time (after availability is confirmed by the studio). We are available for private parties Sunday-Thursday 9am-10pm, Friday-Saturday 9am-6:30pm based on availability.
Deposits are refunded the first business day after the event, if the minimum headcount (10 people) was met. If the minimum headcount wasn't met, empty seats up to the minimum are deducted from the deposit. The remainder of the deposit will then be refunded, as applicable.
A host may also elect to apply the deposit, partially or in full, to other party charges or individual seats.
A private party may be canceled with deposit refunded, or rescheduled with full deposit applied, with at least 2 weeks notice before the originally scheduled event date. Your deposit will be forfeited, with less than 2 weeks notice of cancellation.
The price for a private event is $35 per person. For children's parties the price is $30 per person. All parties require a minimum of 10 people and a maximum of 40. Our parties will show on our calendar as a 2 hour party, but doors will open to you and your guests 30 minutes prior, so you have a total of 2.5 hours of studio time.
Private Party Room
Private parties will have use of the entire studio to themselves, with plenty of space for all guests as well as your food and beverages.
Canvases, brushes, paints, palettes, aprons and anything else needed to finish a masterpiece. We also have a designated area to keep purses and coats.
Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.
Ice, Ice Buckets, Water
Our studio is equipped with ice and ice buckets to make it easier to keep drinks and food at the right temperature. Bottled water is available for all guests. You'll also have counterspace for food or gifts.
We provide real glassware for all guests. We also have cork screws, plates, napkins and plastic cutlery.
We'll have a crowd-pleasing playlist ready for you. Or, you can tell us what sort of music you'd like for your event and we'll tailor a playlist to your needs. And don't worry – we make sure the music doesn't get in the way of hearing the artist's instructions.
Food And Drinks
We are a BYOB studio, so feel free to bring in any beer, wine or non-alcoholic drinks. You are also welcome to bring in or have food delivered to the studio. We can also help you with local restaurants and catering.
Doors will open 30 minutes before painting starts (for a TOTAL of 2.5 hours) to you and your guests for set up and arrival. This gives guests time to arrive, settle in and socialize, and gives the host time to set up food or other items for the party. Need more time to set up or socialize? You can add an extra 30 minutes for a flat fee of $50 or an extra 60 minutes for a flat fee of $75.
It is very important that you provide your painting selection to the studio at least a week before your party. Our Artists need time to paint a copy and familiarize themselves with your chosen painting.
You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but the final selection must be confirmed with the studio at least a week before your event date.
