How do I sign up for a class?

Signing up is easy. Click the "Classes" link on the side of the page to view our calendar of paintings. Select which painting you would like to paint and click "Add Painting to Cart." Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Contact us if you have trouble completing your order and we will walk you through the process.

What days are classes held?

General Studio classes are held all evenings except Tuesdays, however, private parties can be requested any day of the week We also offer afternoon classes during the week & on Saturday/Sunday – view our class calendar to find out more!

What does a class cost?

Weeknight classes are 2 hours and cost $35 per painter. Some Friday & Saturday classes are 3 hours and cost $45 per painter.

When do I need to arrive for class?

We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before class starts to allow time for you to get settled in and mingle before the painting begins.

Is there reserved seating?

Yes, we have your easel set up for you at your spot before you arrive for class. If you have friends attending the class that you’d like to sit by, you can let us know when you book the class or you can send us an email (…just make sure to give us at least 24 hours notice).

What is the cancellation policy for public classes?

Pinot's Palette cancellation policy is as follows: PINOT'S PALETTE LEXINGTON CENTER IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING A GREAT EXPERIENCE TO ALL OF OUR GUESTS - NOTHING MAKES US HAPPIER! Our Cancellation Policy was created to best serve all of our customers and applies to our public classes. Due to the custom nature of our events, all sales are final, and no refunds are given. If you make a reservation and are unable to attend, we will issue a studio credit with 48 hour advance notice (and by email request only - we do not accept cancellations by phone). Please send your request for a credit to lexingtoncenter@pinotspalette.com. Loss of payment will occur if no email has been received 48 hours prior to the class start time. Thank you. Groups of 3 or more require 5 business days written notice of cancellation to be eligible for a reschedule (if we make an exception and make a refund, a processing fee of $10 per seat will be charged). Weather Related Cancellation ?

If we believe weather conditions will pose a safety concern for your party and our staff, we will contact you via email about rescheduling to a different date. Please note - NO REFUNDS are provided. Customers will get credit towards future use.

What is your cancellation policy for Little Brushes

Winter Vacation Camp - NO REFUND after Jan 15th. Spring Vacation Camp - NO REFUND after March 1st. Summer Camp - NO REFUND after April 1st. If canceled before deadline date listed above, their will be a credit card processing fee of $5 for single day camp and $20 for full week camp. Summer camps ONLY, we can transfer to a different week if space is available without any fee.

What is the cancellation policy for private party?

Reservations for a private party may be canceled or advanced payment of $250 refunded with at least 3 weeks [15 business days] notice before the scheduled party date. However, admin fee and merchant services fee of $50 is applicable and rest will be refunded if its within 3 week notice. All reschedule date [NO REFUND] at least 1 week in advance. Any private party cancellation [less than a week notice] or no show will have to pay [minimum 12 seats] in full. I don't have any artistic talent. Will I be able to complete the painting?

Absolutely! Our artist will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of class. There are no mistakes, but Acrylic paint dries quickly, making mistakes easy to fix and perfect.

What do I need to bring to the class?

We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints, and apron for the class. All you need to bring are any drinks and/or appetizers you might want during the class. We also provide the wine glasses, corkscrews, ice buckets & we have plates, napkins, and silverware.

When does the next calendar get posted?

We try to post the next month's calendar around the 10th of the month. If you'd like to receive an email each month when our new calendar is posted, be sure to add yourself to our email list.

What should I wear to the class?

No dress code here...dress casual or dress up. We will provide you with an apron, but painters have been known to get involved in their work of art. We use professional grade acrylic paint, so if it dries on your clothes, it will most likely be permanent. Keep this in mind when choosing your outfit.

Can I bring something other than wine? Will there be something cold to put white wine in?

Yes, we are a BYOB art entertainment studio. You can bring wine, beer, or any other beverage to Pinot's Palette. There will be a large ice bucket to put wine/beer during the class. We do expect all painters to be responsible with alcohol on and off the premises.o

Is there an age limit for the normal public classes?

We do have kid’s specific classes, but the normal public classes have the following requirements: - Age 12 and up welcome to attend with an adult who is 21 years and up. Customers must be 21 to consume alcohol inside the studio.

Photographs policy at studio?

Photographs will be taken during class as a convenience to our patrons, and may be displayed on the internet or in print so that friends, family and colleagues can share your Pinot's Palette experience. If you see a photograph that you do not wish to be displayed, please contact the studio and the photo will be promptly removed. We can't wait to see you painting!
