Don’t be Cliché this Valentine’s Day

Romantic dinner…Roses…Bottle of bubbly…Chocolates. I mean, that all sounds wonderful, but why stress and fight for a dinner reservation at every fancy restaurant in Kansas City when everyone else is doing the same? Save the fancy dinner reservation for when you can get in at 7 PM and not 3:30 PM, and instead plan a unique Valentine’s Day experience that will live on forever on your wall! Do you get where I’m going yet? Yes! Plan a night out at Pinot’s Palette in Leawood! Valentine’s Day is one of our most fun classes and anticipated classes of the year! It’s a wonderful experience to not only spend time with the one you love, but also meet new couples that aren’t into cliché Valentine’s Day too. If you need some convincing, let me set the scene for you…

First, all you need to do is sign up yourself and your date. That’s it. We will do the rest! Class begins at 7 PM, so you and your date arrive at 6:45 to get settled. You walk through the door and are greeted by a lovely artist in a black apron. They show you to your seats and where to find aprons. You tenderly remove your date’s coat and place it in a cubby. Next, you grab two aprons and slide it over your date’s head slowly caressing the side of their cheek on the way down, and then gingerly tying it off at the small of their back letting your hands linger there for a moment. Your date leads you over to your painting station, but not before you grab two glasses for wine. They pop the bottle of champagne and pour you a glass without breaking eye contact. Lost in each other’s gaze, you just hear a subtle *clink* from the glasses not even noticing the other couples filling in the seats around you. As you unwrap a chocolate, you’re thinking to yourself, “I really hit a home run this Valentine’s Day! This will be one for the books!” Your date is thinking the same and leans over, gently pressing their lips to yours.
