Painting it Forward Fundraising Event

The night sky is filled with the bright lights of the Aurora Borealis. Slender evergreens stand against a sky full of stars. Below, a tranquil pond catches every little detail and color in its reflection. Join us to paint this tranquil scene today!

Jack is a soon to be 4-year old with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis. He was diagnosed at 18-months old during a routine check-up. We began an aggressive treatment plan which included physical therapy, weekly injections, blood work and eye exams. We’re proud to say with the help of his rheumatologist and the Arthritis Foundation we are less than two months away from full remission!
The Arthritis Foundation helped us find our amazing physical therapists who have helped Jack learn to be mobile like other children his age. The Arthritis Foundation has provided us support and resources and they allow parents and families to connect with others in the arthritis community who understand what we go through everyday. There’s been a lot of worry over the past few years about whether or not this treatment was the right route, it’s hard to tell sometimes if Jack is just tired today or if it’s an arthritis flare up. Living with arthritis, we live in a constant state of uncertainty, but we’re excited to join together with Pinot’s Palette to raise money for better treatments and a cure!
Sign up here to be part of the cure! A portion of the proceeds will go to this important cause. This pre-recorded virtual class can be accessed from May 3 to May 31st & includes all supplies such as a 16x20 canvas, paints, paint brushes, paper towels and pallette. There is a Gift basket drawing for a guest in each locality. Pick up for Kenwood will be Sat from 1pm-3pm.
We suggest you paint together or set up your own Zoom party!

Frequently Asked Questions

Check out our FAQs to learn more about what to expect from your Pinot's Palette experience or feel free to call the studio to speak to a member of our staff.

  • How do I sign up for a class?

Signing up is easy. Click the "Classes" link on the side of the page to view our calendar of paintings. Select the painting you would like to paint and click "Add Painting to Cart." Follow the on-screen directions to complete your order. Contact us if you have trouble signing up and we will be happy to help. A two hour painting costs $35/person and a three hour painting costs $45/person.

  • When do I need to arrive for class?

Typically we recommend arriving 15 mins in advance. This will give you the chance to get settled, mingle with the other painters and get a drink before we begin class.

  • I don’t have any artistic talent? Will I be able to complete the painting?

Absolutely! Our artist will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of class. There are no mistakes, but Acrylic paint dries quickly, making mistakes easy to fix and perfect.

  • What days are public classes held?

Classes are held on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and Sunday afternoons and evenings. We also occasionally have classes on other nights during the week – view our class calendar to find out more!

  • What is the cancellation or refund policy for public classes?

Due to the custom nature of our events, refunds are not issued for reservation cancellations. Should you need to reschedule your reservation and provide at least 24 hours notice (5 days notice for reservations with 4 or more guests), your reservation will be transferred to a studio credit that can be used for a future event reservation at our Kenwood studio within the next 60 days. Please email us at kenwood@pinotspalette.com if you need to reschedule. If you 'no-show' for an event that you have a spot reserved, or do not give at least 24 hours notice, you will forfeit your reservation payment. If you can’t make it and it’s less than 24 hours until your event, send a friend in your place! Let us know before the class starts and we'll update the names on your reservation. By purchasing your seats, you confirm agreement with this policy.
