Pinot’s Palette Kenwood and Pinot's Palette West Chester offer private paint and sip parties that are perfect for celebrating birthdays, bachelorette parities, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate team building, holiday parties, fundraisers, family gatherings, graduation parties and more! No experience is required! We provide all art supplies, step-by-step instruction, and a fully licensed bar with locally crafted beers, wine, cocktails, mocktails and more!
Q: How much does a private party cost?
A: A private party costs the same as our public classes. $39 per painter for a 2 hour class, $45 per painter for a 3 hour class. Upgrades and specialty classes such as chunky knit blanket, porch leaners, wood pallets, wine bottles, wine glasses and more are available too! Drinks from our bar and gratuity are not included in the per painter price.
Q: What is the minimum number of guests?
A: 10 paid seats at either our Kenwood* or West Chester location.
*Kenwood is a one room location, when you have a private party at Kenwood, the entire facility is reserved exclusively for your event. Because of the limited availability, Kenwood has a higher minimum for peak times as follows:
Friday 7-9PM 25 seats minimum
Saturday 3-5PM 25 seats minimum
Saturday 7-9 PM Full studio rental required; 40 seats due at the time of booking.
The West Chester location features a dedicated private party room and can accommodate groups of 10 or more anytime that it is available.
Q: What is the maximum number of guests?
A: Our Kenwood location can accommodate up to 40 guests.
Our West Chester location can accommodate up to 25 guests in our party room and up to 60 guests in our main studio room.
Q: Do you offer private events for smaller groups or budget friendly options?
A: Yes! We offer a small party special during non-peak times that is perfect for smaller groups or groups that would like to stay within a specified budget. Our small party special is $300 and can include up to 10 painters. It’s available Sunday-Thursday for parties that conclude no later than 5PM at both the Kenwood and West Chester locations.

We can special order a specific beer, wine or other beverage for your party, prices vary. We would be happy to provide availability and quote if there’s a specific beverage you’re looking for.
We can also create a signature cocktail or mocktail for your celebration!
Seasonal drinks are often available too that are not seen on our core menu.
Our West Chester location features a rotating selection of bourbon. Often including Weller Antique, Blantons, Woodford Reserve Double Oaked and more. Have a specific request? Let us know!
Q: Can you bring a paint and sip party to my office or location?
A: Yes! We have everything needed to bring a paint party to your location. We have painted in conference rooms, auditoriums, club houses and even a local stadium! Our staff is experienced in executing large scale events and we have all of the equipment to offer a top tier experience in your location. We do not offer paint parties in private residences.
Q: Do you require a deposit to reserve a private event?
A: Yes, we require a $100 refundable deposit to reserve a date and time for your private event. With 7 days notice we will accommodate one reschedule request for your party. If the minimum number of painters required do not attend, the party is cancelled or there is damage to our facility you will forfeit your deposit. You may apply your deposit to your bar tab, total party costs, gratuity or it can be refunded when all the terms of the party are met.
Q: Can I reserve additional time at your facility to host a meeting or celebrate before/after my paint party?
A: Yes, with advanced approval, you may add additional time to your event. The cost is $75 for each additional 30 mins of party time.
Q: Can I bring food and drinks for my party?
A: Food, Yes! Drinks, no. You are welcome to bring any food that you would like to enjoy during your paint party. We can recommend local caterers too if you would like to cater your event. We offer disposable table clothes, plates and cutlery complimentary for your event. We have light snacks available for purchase from our in studio bar. Outside beverages, alcoholic or non alcoholic are not permitted.

Q: Do you offer custom artwork for a private event?
A: Yes, there’s an initial fee of $250 for custom artwork to be designed by one of our artists. The initial fee includes two revisions.
Q: What happens after I book?
A: Once your date is reserved all you need to do is:
1) Return your signed contract
2) Select your painting
3) Invite your guests – we’ll take care of the rest!
