Mobile paint events are fun, creative, and memorable—perfect for team building, school programs, staff appreciation, and community groups. No art experience is needed. Our professional artists lead step-by-step instruction so everyone can relax, enjoy, and take home a finished masterpiece.

Mobile events can be hosted at offices, schools, clubhouses, community centers, or approved outdoor spaces. While we don’t offer in-home or backyard parties, we’re happy to bring the fun to professional or community venues with enough room for setup. Reach out and we’ll review your location together.

What We Provide

    We bring it all! Art supplies include paint, brushes, palettes, easels, canvasses, aprons and water cups for every guest.

    Protective Coverings

    We provide table coverings and handle setup and cleanup for all paint supplies at your approved venue. Painting can get a little messy; floor coverings can be added for a fee but may not prevent all splatter. We’ll review your space to recommend the best setup.

    Music sets the mood, and we make it easy. If your venue has a sound system, we’ll use it. If not, we can bring our portable PA to help guide the painting session. We’ll confirm the setup in advance so everything runs smoothly at your mobile paint event.

    Setup and Cleanup

    We arrive early to set up your painting area with table coverings and all supplies, and we return it to its original condition after the event. Mobile events require a clear space, accessible water, and one hour before and after for setup and cleanup.

Once your venue is confirmed, we’ll help you choose your painting and plan the flow of your mobile paint event. After booking, you’ll receive an easy link to invite guests, track RSVPs, and share event details.

n event day, simply arrive at your approved venue and enjoy. We’ll have your painting area ready with all supplies in place, guide your group through the session, and handle cleanup of all paint-related materials when the event wraps up.

Mobile Event FAQs

Every venue is different, so we’ll review a few details in advance to make sure your mobile paint event runs smoothly. Mobile events must be held in an approved location such as an office, school, clubhouse, conference room, or community space. Clear access for loading supplies is required, along with tables, chairs, and a clean water source available before, during, and after the event. We provide table coverings and all painting supplies, and can bring optional upgrades if needed. If you need help coordinating rentals, catering, or beverage service, full event planning support is available for an additional fee. While we don’t offer in-home or backyard events, we’re happy to help you determine if your venue is a good fit.

We’ll coordinate the full flow of your mobile paint event, including setup timing, painting duration, and cleanup. Once your venue details are confirmed, we’ll walk you through exactly what to expect so your event runs smoothly from start to finish.
