What's your refund or credit policy?

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED. BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2023 CLASS CREDIT REQUESTS WILL INCUR A 50% CHARGE FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN TWO HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED START TIME FOR ANY PUBLIC EVENT (THIS EXCLUDES PRIVATE PARTIES AS THEY HAVE THEIR OWN SET OF RESTRICTIONS) REGARDLESS OF EXCUSE OR REASON. Seats are also transferrable but you must contact us at least two hours in advance of your event to change the name(s) of any attendees. No Shows result in NO class credit.

Can I bring my own wine or beverages?

NO BYOB! We cannot permit any outside beverages, including containers with liquids, due to our classification by the State of CA as a Bar.

How early do I need to arrive for my event?

It is recommended that you arrive at least 30 minutes early in order to get settled, locate your seat and visit the bar. If you arrive 15 minutes past the event start time, you are welcome to paint but you must catch up on your own. Please plan accordingly.

Can we bring our own food?

Outside food is permitted. For catering and private party options, please speak with our Private Party staff prior to your Event.

Do you serve any food in your studio?

We offer our Starving Artist Cheese and Jam Platter (cheeses and jams are supplied by Cheese Addiction of Long Beach). We also have select snack bowls for light munchies.

What types of beverages do you serve?

We serve a variety of outstanding hand-selected wines, craft beers, ciders, and hand-crafted Soju cocktails. For non-drinkers or Designated Drivers, we also have a selection of non-alcoholic beverages.

How do I sign up for a class?

Reserving a class is easier than you might think! Just click on the photo from our online Event Calendar. Be sure to enter how many seats you would like. Click 'Add to Cart', select your payment method and you're registered. The site will also walk you through the reservation process.

Are children or teenagers permitted to attend studio events?

We can accommodate kids 16 and older to select studio events. Family Days are scheduled monthly and are designed for kids 9+. Please call us for more information.

What should I wear to class?

No dress code here! Dress casual or dress up. We will provide you with an apron but painters have been known to get involved in their work of art...from time to time.

Do you schedule private events in your studio?

That's what we do! Aside from our regular calendar of public events we can host your next birthday or anniversary, fundraiser, company event or bridal shower. Please contact our studio for more information and to schedule your next event.

Do you take walk-ins at the time of your public events?

Reservations are strongly encouraged, but yes, if we have available seats, we are happy to have you!
