Class Details
This is a specialty event. National and Pinot Perks™ discounts cannot be applied for this event.
Paint a portrait of your pet at Project Pet. Once you sign up for the painting, email us a high quality digital photo of your pet (one pet per canvas, please) and we will do the rest. Each photo will be transferred onto a 16”X20” canvas. Our talented artists will walk you through the steps to create your very own Pet Portrait!
Registration closes September 15!
This class is held in the studio. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to check-in, chat with friends and settle in with one of our signature drinks from our bar. Painting begins promptly at the scheduled time.
Enjoy a no-experience-required painting class—all supplies included! Our trained, local artists will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting.

PHOTO SUBMISSION DETAILS:
-DEADLINE: September 17th (we need time to prepare your canvas.)
-Email photos to: BrokenArrow@PinotsPalette.com
-If we do not receive your photo by the deadline, you will NOT be able to paint with us on September 28th. We may be able to move your reservation to a future class with enough notice, but this is not a guarantee.
TIPS FOR SENDING YOUR PHOTO:
-ONE pet per canvas – if multiple people are painting, send one photo per person.
-You can send multiple photos – we’ll help you choose the best one.
-High-resolution images if possible (so your canvas isn’t blurry.)
-Close-up, clear images in natural lighting are best.
-Try to have your pet standing or sitting with no objects covering them.
-If you do not want to paint the full body, crop the photo as you’d like it printed.
-Only your pet will be printed unless you tell us otherwise. The background is removed from all images.
-Each painter will receive a 16x20 canvas.
-Photos will be printed in black and white.
*By purchasing your seats, you confirm agreement with the following policies:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 13 or older to attend. Ages 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult painter.
ADVANCED RESERVATIONS: Reservations must be made in advance and paid in full to guarantee your seat and accommodate special requests.
NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL: Per Oklahoma law, outside alcohol is prohibited. Drinks are available for purchase at our bar. A valid ID is required for alcoholic beverages.
CLASS MINIMUM: We reserve the right to cancel class if it doesn’t meet our minimum requirement of painters. If this happens, we’ll notify you by phone and email, and issue a class credit valid at any of our three Tulsa area studios.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: Painting begins promptly at the scheduled time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late are welcome to paint but must catch up on their own. An Art Assistant may be available to help, depending on class size.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL – Cancellation Policy:
Due to the custom nature of our classes, NO REFUNDS will be issued for reservations.
48 hours’ notice: You’ll receive a class credit to use at any of our Tulsa area studios.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: You may send someone in your place. Otherwise, the reservation is forfeited, and no credit will be issued.

How do I Purchase a Gift Certificate?
You can purchase a Gift Certificate online at any time and print it off (https://www.pinotspalette.com/brokenarrow/gift-certificates) or you can stop in studio during any scheduled class time and purchase at the bar!

What are the Studio Hours?
We are open when we have a scheduled class. To see all of our class times, please check out our calendar on the events page by clicking here: https://www.pinotspalette.com/brokenarrow/events We also have studio managers in studio who book parties, handle reservations, Monday – Friday 10am to 3pm!

How do I sign up for a class?
Signing up is easy. Click the "Event Calendar" link at the top of the page to view our calendar of paintings. Select which painting you would like to paint and click "Add Painting to Cart." Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Contact us if you have trouble completing your order and we will walk you through the process.

What days are classes held?
Classes are held regularly on Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturdays and Sundays, with exception of holidays or special events. Private Parties can be held 7 days a week between the hours of 10a-10p depending on availability of the studio.

What does a class cost?
2-hour public classes are $42 per painter, and 3-hour public classes are $49 per painter. ***We do have Special Project classes that the price varies.
