Painting it Forward
Rico - Boop the Snoot
Saturday, November 7
1:00 - 3:00PM
Paint this adorable porcupine on a tree with us! Bright colors make this an excellent choice to add a pop of color to any space!
Join us for a unique virtual fundraiser as we paint Boop the Snoot, inspired by none other than the Cincinnati's Zoo's favorite porcupine, Rico! A portion of each registration is being donated to The Cincinnati Zoo. Gather your friends, family members or group of coworkers for a live virtual painting event. No experience necessary! The Pinot’s Palette artist will guide you step-by-step through creating the painting.
Registering for the event allows you to participate in the event using your own supplies. You have the option of adding a Paint at Home Art Kit that includes a 16x20 canvas, paint brushes, all of the necessary paint, cup for rinsing paint brushes, paper towel and paper plate to use as your palette. Shipping is also available if you would like the paint at home art kit delivered to you.
Registrants will receive an access link for the virtual event on the day of the event prior to class. It will include instructions to get set up on your computer or mobile device. A recording of the event will be uploaded to the event link within 24 hours of the live event ending and will be available for 7 days following the live event. The recording is a great option for anyone who has a scheduling conflict with the live event or if you prefer to paint at a leisurely pace so you can pause, fast forward or rewind the event.
We will always do our absolute best to accommodate last minute reservations, however, if you are ordering a Paint at Home Art kit to be delivered to you the last day to order with guaranteed delivery in time for the live event is NOVEMBER 1ST.
Paint at Home Art kits being picked up in our studio will be available for pickup on Friday, November 6th from 5-6pm.
If you are participating using your own supplies the suggested paint colors are: White, Black, Burnt Umber (Brown), Fluorescent Violet, Phthalo Blue, Phthalo Green + any colors you have on hand. The artist instructing this event will be painting on a 20x16 inch canvas and will be using a medium flat paint brush (about 1/4 inch) and a small round paint brush. It is recommended to have a pencil and chalk on hand as well.
For questions or assistance in registering, please call Pinot’s Palette West Chester 513-342-1927 Phones are answered 9am – 4pm Monday through Friday.
