Enhance your experience with our new DIY candle add-on for only $25! Simply arrive 30 minutes before class to choose from one of 25 amazing scents and pour your own all-natural soy candle. It cures while you paint, so you’ll leave with both your masterpiece and your very own custom hand-poured candle.
*By purchasing your seats, you confirm agreement with the following Pinot’s Palette – Spring Hill class policies, reservation terms & conditions:
Reservations:
*To guarantee your seat and honor any special seating requests, please reserve your spot in advance. Payment is due at the time of reservation.
Age & ID:
*All painters are welcome! Guests under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A paid reservation and active painting participation is required to be in the studio during all events.
*A valid ID is required to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.
Food & Drinks:
*Outside drinks of any kind (including non-alcoholic) are not permitted. However, you are welcome to bring your own food or snacks to enjoy during class. Drinks are not included in your seat price and are available for purchase at our bar, which features wine, beer, cocktails, mocktails and other non-alcoholic beverages.
Class Minimum:
*If a class has fewer than three reservations 24 hours before start time, we may need to cancel. If that happens, you will be notified by email and can choose to reschedule for another class or receive a full refund.
Arrivals:
*Class begins promptly at the scheduled time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late are still welcome to paint but may need to catch up on their own. Please allow an extra 30 minutes after class for finishing touches and photos.
Cancellations & Reschedules:
*We understand that plans change!
- A full refund can occur if notification of cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before class start.
- You can reschedule your seat up to 24 hours before class at no charge. You may only reschedule once.
- Day of cancellations and reschedules may incur a $5 per-seat rebooking fee to cover lost supply costs.
- No-call / no-show reservations will be forfeited.
- Seats are transferable, but please notify us of any name changes before the event so we can update our guest list.
If we cancel a class for any reason, you may choose to receive a full refund or reschedule for another event.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
The studio is located at Western Way Shopping Center, 13009 Cortez Blvd, Brooksville, FL 34613. The shopping center has ample parking in the lot.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
The studio is open Wednesday - Friday 4pm-11pm, Saturday 4pm-11pm, Sunday 10am-2pm. Open times may vary depending on painting duration or we are holding a private party. Please check our Event Calendar for more information.

I DON'T HAVE ANY ARTISTIC TALENT; WILL I BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE PAINTING?
Absolutely! No art experience is needed! Our artist will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of class. We use acrylic paint which dries quickly, making mistakes easy to fix.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME TO THE EVENT?
We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints, and an apron for the class. We have a bar where you can purchase beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails and other non-alcoholic beverages. There will also be bar snacks available for purchase.

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES?
Pinot’s Palette – Spring Hill does not allow outside beverages of any sort in order to comply with State liquor license laws and mitigate liability of the establishment. We have a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as snacks, available for purchase at the bar. You must be 21 or older with valid ID to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. You can bring light snacks and finger foods with you to class.
