Available for Private Event -- Please contact studio for more information!

To reserve the studio for a private party, we require a $250 deposit . There is a minimum of 12 individuals. We just charge $37 per person (2 hour painting.) The class fee covers the supplies and instruction time, beverages can be purchased separately. The deposit is refundable, as long as you don’t cancel with less than 7 days notice, or it can be applied towards your total bill the day of your event.
We are available weekdays, weeknights, Saturday afternoons, or Sundays for private parties; Friday and Saturday nights and Saturday mornings are reserved for public classes. Most paintings take 2 hours, and we’ll need around a 2 hour gap between your party and any other classes that day to set up and break down. You are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes before class start, and stay 30 minutes after, but if any additional time past that is needed it must be arranged in advance and we charge $50/half hour. There are also breaks built into every painting class so you should have time to have cake or snacks, etc. You can check out the painting library here: https://www....nting-library
So far as refreshments go, you can bring whatever snacks you like but no beverages (including tumblers and water bottles) please as it is against the ABC laws in the state of Kentucky. We will have wine, beer, and a selection of cocktails for sale as well as water, juice, or soda.

Let us know if you have any further questions! Give us a call at (859) 245-0004 to reserve!
