When is the monthly calendar released?
We will release our calendar two weeks before the start of each month. Sign up for our newsletter to receive an email with the new calendar and monthly promotions.
How do I sign up for a class?
Just click "Event Calendar" and click on the painting you would like to paint. Select the number of seats you want and click "Add to Cart" to complete payment information.
How much does a class cost?
2 hour classes are $35 per painter. 3 hour classes are $45 per painter.
How do I sit next to my friends?
When you make your reservation, there is a box that will ask who you want to sit next to. Put your friends' names on there so you can all sit together.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No. California law does not allow BYOB or outside beverages. Drinks are available for purchase at our bar.
What is the cancellation policy?
There is a $5 cancellation fee. You can get a refund if you cancel 48 hrs in advance and a store credit if 24 hrs in advance. Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call us (949-899-3293) to cancel.
Can kids paint or have a party?
We are 21+ and kids are not allowed inside the studio. Our mobile units are available to host offsite parties, including kids parties.
Do you need to have art experience?
No art experience necessary! Our classes are intended for everyone to enjoy. Our artists will guide you step-by-step and will make sure you complete your masterpiece by the end of the class.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy for a private painting party?
There is a $250 refundable deposit to reserve the date and time. The deposit is refundable or can be applied to the party. The deposit is refundable if cancelled at least 10 business days in advance. Please see the Terms and Conditions for more details.
When do I need to arrive and when does the painting start?
We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before the scheduled class time to get settled in and mingle. Painting starts at the published scheduled time. If you arrive late, you will still be allowed to paint but will have to catch up on your own.
Do I need a reservation for a public class?
You can reserve a seat online anytime, in studio or over the phone. Walk-ins are welcome if the class is not sold out, and you may have to wait some time for your seat to get set up.
Is there reserved seating?
Yes. We have your easel set up for you at your spot before you arrive for class. If you have friends attending the class that you’d like to sit by, you can let us know when you book the class or you can send us an email.
When are classes held and what are the studio hours?
PUBLIC CLASSES: Wednesday through Saturday evenings and most Saturday and Sunday afternoons – view our class calendar to see the available classes and times. PRIVATE PARTIES: The studio is available for private parties, fundraisers and corporate team building events 10am to 10pm whenever we do not have a public class scheduled. Please contact our studio for private party availability.
Where are you located?
We are located on the second floor above Stadium Brewery and in front of the fountain. There are two sets of stairs and an elevator at the back of the building.
What is Pinot's Palette?
We are an upscale paint and sip studio where you can unleash your inner artist while enjoying your favoring beverage. Our bar offers a selection of beer and wine, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
