How To Book

Private events are booked by placing a deposit to secure your desired date and time (after availability is confirmed by the studio).

Deposits

Private Events require a minimum $250 deposit. Deposit will be determined during booking and are based on the day of the week and the size of your event. The deposit amount will be applied to your party’s final billing.

Our studio is available when we are not hosting public classes: Monday-Wednesday 10:00am-4:30pm, Monday Evenings 5-9:30pm, Saturday 11:30am-2:00pm

If you would like to book an event when we normally have public classes like Thurs, Fri or Sat evenings, please call the studio (657-227-8179) and ask to speak to the studio manager. Private parties may be rescheduled with 7 business days’ advance written notice to the studio manager. Cancellations made with less than 10 business days’ notice result in the loss of the Private Party Deposit.

What's Included

We want your event to be fun, organized and effortless. We provide you with all the supplies needed for a party, including our awesomely awesome cross-trained Artists and Bartending Staff to host and guide your guests through the event.

Private Party Room

Private parties will have the entire studio to themselves, with plenty of space for all guests. We can seat as many as 64 Painters.

Art Supplies

We provide all canvases, brushes, paints, easels, aprons and anything else needed to finish a masterpiece. We also have a designated area to store your personal belongings safely from paint splatter.

Professional Instruction

Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.

Ice, Ice Buckets, Water

All beverages must be purchased at our bar. No outside beverages are permitted. Complimentary ice water is available for all guests. You'll also have tables for food or gifts. Please let us know in advance if you will be hosting a catered affair. Deliveries are suggested to arrive 15 minutes prior to when doors open for your guests.

Glassware

We provide real glassware for all guests. No need to go out and buy disposable cups! For a small fee we also can provide napkins, plates and utensils for your party. Other additional fees may be incurred.

Music

We'll have crowd-pleasing playlists via Rockbot ready for you. And don't worry – we make sure the music doesn't get in the way of hearing the artist's instructions. Music requests are encouraged! Please speak to a staff member when you are booking your event to request your favorite playlists.

Food And Drinks

No outside beverages of any kind are permitted in the Studio. Our Bar serves Wine, Beer, Sabe Cocktails and an array of non alcoholic beverages. We also serve Panini's, Starving Artist Cheese Plate and light snacks. Please speak with a staff member if you are interested in a catered event.

Event Details

Unless you've worked out other arrangements with us, doors will open 30 minutes before painting starts. This gives guests time to arrive, settle in and socialize, and gives the host time to set up food or other items for the party.

Painting Selection

Please provide your top three (3) desired paintings. We'll always try to make sure you get your first choice; but due to occasional scheduling conflicts or materials shortages, it's advisable to have a backup or two.

You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but the final selection must be confirmed with the studio at least one week before your event date.
