How It Works
How To Book
Private events are booked by placing a deposit to secure your desired date and time (after availability is confirmed by the studio).
Deposits are refunded after the event as long as all seats and obligations are paid for in full, if the minimum headcount was met, or applied towards your party balance. If the minimum headcount wasn't met, empty seats up to the minimum are deducted from the deposit. The remainder of the deposit will then be refunded, as applicable.
A host may also elect to apply the deposit, partially or in full, to other party charges or individual seats.
If a private party is canceled for any reason by the guest, the deposit is non-refundable. We will work with you however as much as possible to reschedule if notice is given in advance. Please keep us updated on details for your event.

Private Party Room
In-studio parties will have an entire room to themselves, with plenty of space for all guests. Talk to us ahead of time to determine if you will need our CityScape Private Party Room or Main Room.
Canvases, brushes, paints, palettes, aprons and anything else needed to finish a masterpiece. We also have a designated cubby area to keep purses and coats.
Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. The group gets step-by-step instructions at a pace that is intended to be comfortable.
Ice, Ice Buckets, Water
Our studio is equipped with ice and ice buckets to make it easier to keep drinks and food chilled and at just the right temperature. You'll also have counterspace for food or gifts if your party requires. Please talk to us beforehand if you feel that you'll need any additional table space to suit your party needs.
We provide real glassware for all guests. No need to go out and buy disposable cups or to provide bottle openers. We've got you covered!
We bring the fun vibe! We'll have a toe-tapping, radio-friendly playlist ready for you when you arrive. And don't worry – we make sure the music doesn't get in the way of hearing the artist's instructions.
Food And Drinks
Our studio is BYOB which means you can bring any beverages or snacks that you wish! Of course any alcoholic beverages must only be consumed by those of legal age and in a responsible manner.
Unless you've worked out other arrangements with us, doors will open 30 minutes before painting starts. This gives guests time to arrive, settle in and socialize, and gives the host time to set up food or other items for the party. We recommend that hosts stress for guests to arrive between 10-15 minutes prior to the painting start time.
Please provide your top three (3) desired paintings. We'll always try to make sure you get your first choice, but due to occasional scheduling conflicts or material availability, it's advisable to have a backup or two. Please note that there is an additional charge for Black Light events or for our specialty 10x30 canvas sizes. These 10x30 paintings aren't separate from the standard sizes in the library but will have an elongated appearance.
To receive the children's party pricing (Ages 12 and Under), the painting selection must be from the Children's library. You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but the final selection must be confirmed with the studio at least one week before your event date.
