Private Event Terms and ConditionsPinot’s Palette Woodmere is the premiere Paint and Sip Party venue in Northeast Ohio. We appreciate your interest in holding a private party at our studio and would love to have you paint with us! Below you will find information on booking a private party and our terms and conditions. We would be happy to answer any questions that you have and look forward to hosting your party!
- Renaissance Room: A private room located in the back of our studio with seating for up to 24 guests. The room features bar heights tables and chairs.
- Main Room: Located in the front of our studio with seating for up to 48 guests.
Party Length & Room Reservation
The painting portion of each party will last either 2 or 3 hours, depending on the length of the painting selected. The room will also be available to guests at no charge for 30 minutes before and after the event, for a total room reservation time of either 3 or 4 hours. The time selected for the party to begin is when the painting portion of the event will begin. Party hosts should instruct their guests to arrive up to 30 minutes in advance of the painting event starting to ensure the event starts on time.
If the painting event starts and ends late due to the late arrival of guests, a $75 per 30 minutes room rental fee many be charged for the time the class runs late.
- 2 Hour Class (per painter): $35 (8-15 guests), $32 (16-31 guests) & $30 (32+ guests)
- 3 Hour Class (per painter): $45 (8-15 guests), $42 (16-31 guests) & $40 (32+ guests)
- 2 Hour Children’s Class (13 and under): $29 per painter (available weekdays and before 4pm
on Fri and Sat)

Fully Refundable Deposit to Secure Room Reservation
- Renaissance Room: $150
- Main Room (Sun–Thu & Fri-Sat afternoons): $150
- Main Room (Fri–Sat evenings): $300
The deposit for the Renaissance Room can be paid online at https://www....ivate-parties or by calling the studio. To pay a deposit for the Main Room, please call the studio.
Once the party has taken place and the minimum number of seats has been filled, the deposit will be refunded in its entirety. Alternately, you are also welcome to apply all or part of the deposit to cover a certain number of seats or charges incurring during the event, such as a bar tab or frames. If the minimum has not been met, the number of seats required to meet the minimum will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Private Party Minimums
- Renaissance Room (Sun–Thu & Fri-Sat start time before 4pm): 10 painters or paid seats
- Renaissance Room (Fri and Sat start time 4pm and later): 12 painters or paid seats
- Main Room (Sun–Thu & Fri-Sat start time before 4pm): 15 painters or paid seats
- Main Room (Fri–Sat start time 4pm and later): 30 painters or paid seats
Don’t have enough guests to meet the private party minimum? Ask us about holding a “party within a party”. We can create a special reserved seating area for you and your guests in one of our public classes.
If each guest is paying separately, we will provide you with a link that you can send to your guests so they can pay for their seat in advance. Guests can also access the payment page by clicking on the private party on our events calendar on our website.
If the host is paying for all of the guests, payment can be made in advance or on the day of the party. If payment is made on the day of the party, the refundable deposit can be applied towards the amount due.
Additional Artist or Dedicated Bartender
Each party is staffed by a Stage Artist who will lead the guests through the featured painting and provide assistance to the guests. If you would like an additional Artist present during the event to assist your guests, a minimum of 16 paid seats is required. A third Artist is available for a minimum of 32 paid seats. Please let us know at least 7 days in advance if you would like additional Artists and agree to meet the required minimums.
In additional to instructing the class, your Artist will also serve as your party’s bartender. If you would like a dedicated bartender for your event, one can be requested for a $50 fee. If you opt to have a dedicated bartender, you will receive a $20 credit towards drinks at the studio’s bar.
- Black Light Party Fee: $50 – Includes room setup/take down and fluorescent balloons.
- Extra Time in Studio: $75/half hour - Each private party will have access to the studio 30
minutes before and after their event. This fee applies if guests would like additional time
beyond the 30 minutes provided on each end of the class.
- Dedicated Bartender: $50 (includes a $20 bar credit)
Dates are available for reservation on a first come, first serve basis. A date is not reserved until the required deposit has been received.
Our extensive library of paintings can be viewed at https://www....ting-library. Once you have paid your deposit, please e-mail us the name of the painting you would like to feature at your party. Please sent your selection at least 7 days before the party.
A minimum of 14 days’ advance notice is required in order to reschedule your party or receive a refund of your deposit. If the party is cancelled with less than the required advance notice, the deposit may be forfeited. A deposit placed less than 14 days before the desired party date will not be eligible for either a refund or reschedule.
Food and Drink
We have a bar located in our studio where a wide selection of beer, wine, spirits, soda, and juices are available for purchase. Our bar menu changes regularly and is available on our website. BYOB is not permitted under Ohio law. Bottled water is always complimentary. Alcohol may not be purchased or consumed by anyone under the age of 21. Drink tickets or bottles of wine can be purchased in advance for private parties.
Guests are welcome to bring food to be enjoyed during the class. We provide paper plates, napkins and cutlery free of charge.
The party organizer will set the minimum age requirement for their event. No one under the age of 21 may purchase or consume alcohol.

2. Proprietary Rights
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Pinot’s Palette owns, solely and exclusively, all rights, title and interest in and to the Site, all the content (including, but not limited to, audio, photographs, illustrations, graphics, other visuals, video, copy, text, and software), code and date on the Site, including, but not limited to, any copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, database rights and other intellectual property and proprietary rights therein (collectively, the “Materials”). Your use of the Site does not grant to You ownership of the Materials that You may access on or through the Site.
3. Use License
- Modify the Materials or copy the Materials more than one (1) time;
- Use the Materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the Materials;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Materials; or
- Transfer the Materials to any other person, or “mirror” the Materials on any other server.
4. Chargeback Policy
All references to a “chargeback” refer to a reversal of a credit or debit card charge placed on the Sites and/or at the Services initiated by You. There is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. If You feel that Your credit or debit card was used fraudulently on the Sites or at the Services, please contact Pinot’s Palette for immediate resolution.
YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT CHARGEBACK ANY AMOUNTS CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ON THE SITES OR AT THE SERVICES. IF YOU CHARGEBACK A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD CHARGE FOR A PAYMENT INITIATED BY YOU OR ANY AUTHORIZED USER OF THE CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD, YOU AGREE THAT PINOT’S PALETTE MAY RECOVER THE AMOUNT OF THE CHARGEBACK IN ADDITION TO FEES BY ANY MEANS DEEMED NECESSARY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, RECHARGING YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD OR HAVING THE AMOUNT RECOVERED BY A COLLECTION AGENCY.
THE MATERIALS ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. PINOT’S PALETTE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS. FURTHER, PINOT’S PALETTE DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS CONCERNING THE ACCURACY, LIKELY RESULTS, OR RELIABILITY OF THE USE OF THE MATERIALS ON THE SITE OR ON ANY SITES LINKED TO THE SITE.
IN NO EVENT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL PINOT’S PALETTE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR THE MATERIALS ON THE SITE, EVEN IF PINOT’S PALETTE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED ORALLY OR IN WRITING OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
8. Revisions and Errata
The Materials appearing on the Site may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Pinot’s Palette does not warrant that any of the Materials on the Site are accurate, complete, or current. Pinot’s Palette may make changes to the Materials contained on the Site at any time without notice. Pinot’s Palette does not, however, make any commitment to update the Materials.
Pinot’s Palette has not reviewed all of the websites linked to the Site and is not responsible for the content of any such linked websites. The inclusion of any link to a website does not imply endorsement by Pinot’s Palette of such website, and the use of any such linked web site is at Your own risk.
11. Governing Law
