Mobile Events Manager Needed
The Mobile Manager will schedule, plan, organize and execute the offsite party process, while exceeding customer expectations and meeting financial targets. This is a growing position that requires the candidate to be self-motivated, self-managed, and detail oriented. The Mobile Manager will also be responsible for coordinating off-site marketing events, which may include art fairs, wine festivals, bridal shows, and community events. The ideal candidate will also work as a Pinot's Palette artist.
Job description Typical tasks will include: - Provide excellent customer service - Schedule off-site private parties and work closely with the Studio Coordinator - Maintain inventory and offsite supplies - Schedule walk through meetings and take usable notes - Communicate effectively with staff and customers - Take initiative to improve tools and processes - Interacting with customers - Execute small and large Mobile parties with impeccable precision - Transport all supplies and staff to and from party via the Pinot Van - Coordinate marketing events Requirements: - Must possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn - High school diploma or G.E. D. equivalent, some college education preferred - Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Detail oriented and very organized - Must be able to lift and move 25lbs - Work well with little supervision - Willing to work extra time when needed - Clean driving record and comfortable driving an extended cargo van safely - Art background a plus How do I apply?
