Little Brushes allows young artists to get in on the fun.
SESSION 1 - Week 2 Starter Drawing and Painting Course
Kids Art Program (ages 7-12yrs.)
During the School Year Children’s Classes.
The arts are endlessly beneficial to children. Through the arts, children learn to think creatively, build confidence, are challenged to solve problems, hone their ability to focus and much more! Below, you’ll find the fun and creative classes we offer children.
1.5 Hour Class for 6 weeks.
• (Week 1) 2-D Intro to Drawing
• (Week 2) The Foundation
• (Week 3) 3-D Face Mask as Expressionist
• (Week 4) Mixed Media Project
• (Week 5) Color and Design Theory
• (Week 6) Figure/Portrait Rendering
Note: These are drop off programs. This means that the children’s classes are for their respective ages and not for adults/parents. This allows parents to “take a break”.

How do I sign up for a class?
Signing up is easy. Click the "Event Calendar" link on the upper left hand side of the page to view our calendar of paintings. Select which painting you would like to paint and click "Add Painting to Cart." Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Contact us if you have trouble completing your order and we will walk you through the process.

What days are classes held?
Classes are held on Tuesday- Sunday. We also occasionally have classes on other nights during the week & on Saturday & Sunday afternoons – view our class calendar to find out more!

What does a class cost?
We offer a variety of classes. 2 hours classes cost $37 per painter. 3 hours classes cost $45 per painter.

When do I need to arrive for class?
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before class starts to allow time for you to get settled in and mingle before the painting starts.

Is there reserved seating?
Yes, we have your easel set up for you at your spot before you arrive for class. If you have friends attending the class that you’d like to sit by, you can let us know when you book the class or you can send us an email (…just make sure to give us at least 24 hours notice).
