Please join us by supporting Pasco County Housing Authority’s Family Self-Sufficiency Program and the UFIFAS Extension’s Luggage of Love program.
The Pasco County Housing Authority’s Family Self-Sufficiency Program is designed to promote economic self-sufficiency among participating families. This program uses housing as a stabilizing force, allowing families to focus on economic and personal self-sufficiency. One on one mentoring, quarterly workshops, resources and support are offered to promote their residents success.
The Luggage of Love program was created to benefit displaced young children of Pasco County in need of travel gear (luggage/backpacks) to transport their belongings safely as they are making their transitions in life. UFIFAS is holding a countywide effort and accepting donations of new-to-gently used luggage and/or backpacks to children in need, agencies, organizations, and possible social workers working with children in these conditions to offer them an honorable option to transport their personal belongings.
Come out and support your community! Invite your friends and family and “Fall into Giving” this holiday season.
