Can we bring drinks?
Our studio is BYOB! All guests 21+ are welcome to enjoy their choice of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner.

Can I bring food to class?
You can bring your own food - finger foods recommended. We do have plates, napkins, and plastic utensils for you to use.

Where are you located?
We are located in charming Old Webster at the end of Allen Avenue near the railroad tracks just down the street from PNC bank and Panera Bread.

I want to bring my kids to class, How old do they need to be?
Public studio events are 18+. Children 12+ are permitted if accompanied by an adult. For private parties and Little Brushes® events, there are no age restrictions.

What is your cancellation policy
Due to the custom nature of our classes, no refunds will be issued for reservations. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your payment will be turned into a store credit that can only be used for a future class. Please email us webstergroves@pinotspalette.com to cancel. If you no-show for a class that you have a spot reserved, or don't give at least 48 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment. By completing the check-out process you agree to this policy.
