What We Provide
Get the full Pinot's Palette experience in the setting of your choice. We make it easy to host a paint party at your office or any other off-site location. Invite us to your next company retreat, wedding shower or community event.
Our team includes professionally-trained artists who will guide your guests through every step of the painting.
All the Supplies
We bring it all! Art supplies include paint, brushes, palettes, easels, canvasses, aprons and water cups for every guest.
We'll help you keep your venue pristine. Depending on your space, we will bring table coverings, floor drop cloths and chair covers as needed.
Get a playlist made just for your party. We bring event-appropriate music to keep the party upbeat, plus the audio equipment.
Setup and Cleanup
This is the easiest event you'll ever throw because we handle setup and cleanup of all items related to the paint party.

How It Works
Reserve a date
Tell us what location and date you'd like for your event. We'll confirm availability, then you can book with a refundable deposit. Our mobile party pricing is progressive-the more people you have, the cheaper it is per person, maybe even cheaper than in-studio!
Customize Your Event
Let's sort out the details of the party flow and select a painting. You can invite guests and see RSVPs with our digital party planner. Pricing is $550 flat for the first 10 painters | $45 per for the next 10 | $35 per for the next 10 | $30 per for all painters beyond 30.
Show Up And Party
We handle setting up for the paint party, including drop cloths to protect the space. Once the painting is over, we take care of cleanup too!
Mobile Event FAQs
We have done events for up to 300 people and we are in the business of delivering a great time! Because every place is unique, there are a few details we'll want to know about ahead of time. These include the location of the nearest water source for setup and cleanup, and the location of electrical outlets for our sound system. Other items that should come with the venue are tables, chairs and garbage receptacles.
Plan for one hour of setup time before painting, and 1 hour of cleanup time after painting. We do not provide food and drinks, but ask us about our catering partners! We just might be able to work something out for you.
